12 Groups A - L... 24 teams to qualify. My Early phase Predictions. Grp A: Morocco and Gabon Grp B: Egypt and Angola Grp C: CIV and Ghana (Gambia can play spoilers especially for Ghana but I still see Ghana taking it). Grp D: Kenya (Host) and Guinea (not hating... SA should take it but I dont see them beating Guinea. They get it only if Guinea falters in the other games). Grp E: DRC and Equatorial Guinea (Sierra Leone could surprise and Zimbabwe can be quite difficult but Eq Guinea for me). Grp F: Burkina Faso and Benin (Mauritana & CAR can play Spoilsports though). Grp G: Cameroon and Comoros (if Comoros slips, then Nambia, but Comoros for me). Grp H: Uganda (Host) and Tunisia Grp I: Algeria and Zambia Grp J: Senegal and Mozambique (Sudan gets it if and only if Kwesi Appiah stays their coach and reincarnate that form that saw them top Ghana in the 2025 Afcon Qualifiers). Grp K: Mali and Cape Verde Grp L: Tanzania (Host) and Nigeria. EOD. I would miss some ofcourse.. but that is why it is football... the beautiful game of surprises and twists (sometimes). ![]()

They can. Yankuba Minteh of Brighton, Musa Barrow and Adama Bojang are a decent attacking trio. But I dont see it happening. Ghana will manage to take that 2nd spot. elyte89: |

Nigeria Madagascar Tanzania Guinea Bissau Chelle,Osimehn,Lookman and colleagues should know that only 1team qualifies from this group since Tanzania is one of the co-host, Madagascar and Guinea Bissau have beaten us in the last 7yrs Madagascar 2-0 Nigeria (Afcon 2019) Nigeria 0-1 GNB (Afconq 2021 qualifiers) Those two nations are afcon worthy nations especially Madagascar…..MAKE WE NO UNDERRATE THEM OOOOO….we must get 9points from all our home matches oooooo. I was really praying we find ourselves in a group where none of the countries is a co-host so we can have small hope of qualifying with someone😅😅…GNB have recent afcon experiences same as Madagascar….. Lets just continue the fine form from the last afcon and dispatch all this small small giant killers…Chelle flog Tanzania for the last afcon though it was a close win

On Paper we should qualify for this easy but we all know how Nigeria is. Will the NFF renew Chelle's contract?? His contract runs out next year yet they NFF keep playing games. When he leaves and the useless alhadjis in Abuja hire Eguavoen or Finidi una eye go clear. We need stability now more than ever. This group is exactly the kind of group that can mess us up like we saw in the WCQs. |

Chelle should just ensure he gives us super eagles game we saw vs: Benin 4:0 Gabon 4:1 Rwanda 2:0 Algeria 2:0 Uganda 3:1 Tunisia 3:2 Mozambique 4:0 These results really made me love Chelle’s style of play |

Predator87:I don dey put eye for that Guinea-Bissau. They're the most likely to pour sand in our garri if the NFF keep derailing our boys with their nonsense. I believe we will qualify sha. We just need to win our home games for crying out loud. |

TheSuperNerd:See what Portugal's Head Coach, Roberto Martinez said on Junior Kroupi. He even told them NO. This is a reminder to everyone that all nations dey collect their "NO" Package no matter how big. Same way Iwobi said No to England.

Super Eagles AFCON 2027 Qualifiers – Group L opponents & threats 🇳🇬 CAF draw in Cairo put Nigeria with Madagascar, Tanzania, and Guinea-Bissau. Only 1 spot is available because Tanzania qualify automatically as co-hosts. Here’s what each team brings: 1. Madagascar FIFA Rank: 104 Threat: Counter-attack + no fear - Beat Nigeria 2-0 at AFCON 2019 - Quarter-finalists on their AFCON debut in 2019 - Sit deep, physical, dangerous on set pieces and transitions. They don’t get intimidated by big names. 2. Tanzania FIFA Rank: 113 Threat: Home advantage + nothing to lose - Co-hosts, so they’re already qualified - Gave Nigeria a tough game at AFCON 2025, lost 2-1 - Compact, disciplined, and Dar es Salaam will be hot, hostile, and slow. They’ll use these games to build momentum for 2027. 3. Guinea-Bissau FIFA Rank: 132 Threat: Physical block + low block specialists - Regular AFCON participants, known for disciplined, physical style - Frustrate you, break your rhythm, and hit on the break. They’ve made a habit of troubling Nigeria in qualifiers. Nigeria’s edge Higher quality on paper. Eric Chelle’s 4-4-2 diamond needs to be patient and overload central areas to break low blocks.

Idk. I think we deserve more description than "higher quality on paper". We have made two consecutive afcon semi finals returning two medals. You can say something on our style of play as you have done for the others. SolaFide: |
