The state with the most black people had the worst public schools and education for many decades until a few years ago. That is at least 5 generations of mississipi blacks who didn't get good education like the rest of America.

The incident is now under investigation, and his mother made the decision to remove him from the school due to a complete lack of trust in its leadership.

For a good two thousand years these people were scattered across the world and the subject of every kind of persecution. And what makes you reason as though the upward swing of every group must happen in the same period?

The literacy numbers are not moving your cultural milieu in any meaningful way. Some of your most educated are the most corrupt. Grift and lawlessness it seems are not easily educated out.

There are still African people groups who insert objects into their bodies, who live primitive lives. Modernity does not necessarily reach everywhere, or embed in equal measure. I have touched on this repeatedly. Natal inclinations means it often rests lightly and is just a thin veneer over more chaotic persuasions.

And when it was shown to you that Education has massively improved and that black South Africa has grown in its middle class, you waved those aside as meaningless.
