Benjamin Frederick - Just recently recovered from a Lingering knee Injury. No match action since November 2025 so rightly excused/rested.

Ryan Alebiosu - Just not invited for these 4 games. Still in the picture.

Nathan Tella - Has not exactly impressed in the GWG. 'Was invited for the last Unity Cup and did not leave good impressions too.

Felix Agu - Did not come off the bench on May 16 vs Dortmund on the last matchday round of Bundesliga 25/26 despite being out of the matchday squad since April 12. So could be fitness or personal issues. Had to be left out.

SymphonyRad:
What's up with Ryan Alebiosu, Felix Agu, Nathan Tella and Benjamin Frederick?

Hello Lelion. Again, Great initiative. And I want to say thank you to all who voted me and found me worthy yet again for another top 3 finish. Your votes are well appreciated. Daalu, Eshe gan, Merci Beaucoup, Danke, Na gode, Mi Yetti, Danke!!! 🙌🏽

Now, I think it is best we go with how we did it the last time. I believe the previous collators (Humility33 & Maidaboi) even created a separate thread for the rewards distribution info and details. I can tag you all there if you like.

Then ofcourse, all will return here and confirm receipt of their rewards tagging you and Samueltemi337.
Seconded

What a dumb take. Which yeye mistake? Do you realize that was a reflex save from a close range shot? You expected him to put direction on a reflex save? What were the defenders doing, especially the one who lost the ball and was slow to track back? Dude quit talking football because you suck at it.
everybody sha wan form aggressive and aggravating response…..baba calm down, i blame defenders largely for that goal shaq, however we have also seen keepers with reflex save parrying close range shot to corner kick safety

Bro, that save was a hard one o. There's nothing like parrying with the way he landed to 'block' the ball with his hands.

It was sheer reflex action. Even the way the hand was positioned was not to direct the ball to anywhere. He did his job, the defenders didn't do theirs.

So it's Zaidu who has hardly impressed in national colors that deserves a call up ahead of Ryan? Lol ok o...while at it, since we're supposing to be using these Unity Cup and friendly windows to expand our radar on the new players with a view of rebuilding, what's the logic of inviting Simon Moses whom we've seen enough of and definitely tired of instead of Promise Obah?

I can agree to some extent with the reasons you stated for the exclusion of the other players.

The good thing from this NPFL experiment be say we have the least expectations when it comes to their quality, so it's left for the ones that get a chance in the unity cup to impress so well that we give them good ratings for the main team. The Sodiq guy was touted as the Trent Alexander Arnold of the NPFL only to look like one Sadiku who plays 5 aside football with us at our abule after he's done with his mechanic work.

I agree with you..
I believe the Npfl guys would also have been briefed that they wouldn't get more opportunities..
So it's left to them to grab it
However they are a few of them with rave reviews, the Oputa guy and the playmaker guy as well..

Not expecting so much, but they should be able to handle the Unity Cup
Thank God we have enough quality in the team to get the job done

I also like how Chelle is deliberately working on our midfield and attack..

I can see the attempts to find solid back ups to Osimhen in the attack, Iwobi and Ndidi in the middle..

We already have a strong defense and fairly okay GK department..

So I welcome what he's doing and I like it
Hopefully we should get good back ups

Big question, and I asked this on X with varying responses...
Seeing that Chelle didn't invite more RBs for the June friendlies, if something happens to Osayi, who would play RB?

Prosper Obah... fine prospect who just won the Ukrainian league but inviting Zadok and Femi Azeez already covers for that RW role which Obah majorly plays.

Otele and Simon covers for the left.

On Zaidu, he played a key role as Porto secured the Liga Portugal (this is Zaidu's 2nd league win) and also in their run to the UEL Quarters and it is not true that Zaidu has not impressed in the GWG. You said "hardly impressed" but I point to games like:

✅️ AfconQ vs Benin away in March 2021 under Rohr, we won 1-0 courtesy of an Onuachu winner.

✅️ Afcon 2021 (held in 2022) vs Egypt, we won 1-0 thanks to Iheanacho's screamer and Zaidu locked down Salah

✅️ Afcon 2023 vs all opponents. Zaidu was massive all tournament in the run-up to the final and was even hurt on that day in the final in February 2024 from a Kessie foul which ref and VAR ignored and should have seen CIV play with ten men.

Ryan Alebiosu is not a left back. He is a RB and Chelle has his reasons leaving him out for these games. He is still in the picture no doubt. Chelle just want to see more lads.

He is ripe for the No1.

Okoye No 1 🧤🧤for Super Eagle…

He played Fisayo at RB vs Egypt in the 3rd placed game grin (No jokes though, it happened).

But among the defenders, I think Igoh and Fernandez can makeshift there as they have featured there before at club level at some point in their careers (rarely so though). Alhassan in midfield has also featured there when tactically needed.

As opposed to just inviting natural RBs to avoid all this tactical square pegs in round holes shalaye grin

No mind me jare, as a Chelle fan I kinda expected better in those fullback positions especially in this friendly windows we have...but we move sha.

I watch the clip he drops, the chance of Okoye parring the ball to corner is slim, as it might even lead to an own goal from the defender in his front,

Watch it again

I get you. It may also surprise you Chelle only invited one natural RB for the Unity Cup.

He is that Oputa Chibueze from NPFL Champs-in-waiting, Rangers.

Him get him reasons.
