I've always said it. Both of them are good goalkeepers, I don't know why people are pitting them against each other.

The addition of Assane Diao lifts that Senegal attack. He was the one name Cesc Fabregas deliberately denied Senegal at the Afcon.

They even added 18y/o Bara Ndiaye on loan at Bayern who has only played 4 games this season. Do you see how intentional Senegal is about their talented youngsters? Hakimi, Bono, En Nesyri, El Aynoaui, Mazraoui, El Khannous and other First XI names and WC Surebets of the Moroccan side are not involved in this camp.

Ayoub Bouaddi is part of the camp and some members of Ouahbi's U20 WC winning team are there. They gonna prove themselves worthy of the Final WC List.

Zadok Yohanna will not be released for the Unity Cup as I expected. Plus he is currently still recovering from an injury....

Na this personal preference be the problem and there is nothing wrong about that. But truth be said but for the club issues Nwabali is facing Chelle will not even think making him even number 2 to any other keeper. It’s left to those who have the opportunity now to show they have all it takes to be the number one cos it’s all time and chance. Uzoho was once number 1 despite he’s still in the team.

28-man list which means 2 would be dropped... ouch. I guess the Bayern lad may still be cut afterall but again still a fine step by Pape Thiaw inviting him. Time will tell who the 26 are.

Alebiosu: Playing For Eagles Biggest Highlight Of My Career

Blackburn Rovers right-back Ryan Alebiosu has disclosed that representing the Super Eagles at the international level remains one of the biggest highlights of his football career.

Recall that Alebiosu made his senior debut against Uganda at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, a game Nigeria won by 3-1.

In a chat with Rovers TV, the Nigerian international expressed a strong desire to continue representing the Super Eagles, citing the experience as a motivation to improve further.

“I think it was just a bonus,” Alebiosu said.

“When I signed, I didn’t think much of getting international call-up. When it does happen it was like a dream come true. For that to happen, it was one of the biggest highlights of my career, playing for my country and getting called up. It really made my season as well.

“When the international stuff happened, it just boost my confidence even more, it made me realize there’s a lot that could have been done and a lot has happened but I am just grateful.

“It’s been brilliant as a team and them getting called up for Nigeria, it’s a honour. Getting that at the age of 23, which was the half of last season I got the call-up, it just gives me more hunger for the next season. There’s still a lot to improve on but now just give me that belief that there’s more to bring to the table.”

If you are good enough, Nigeria doesn't look away, especially if you are doing it at the highest level.

Bara is not the only young Senegalese player doing well today but he was chosen because he does it at Bayern, and Senegal doesn't have that luxury of stars in the position Bara plays.
