Peter Obi is a content creator. I wonder why some people take him serious but anyways, the hope he gives to his demographic is good. Hope is part of nation building. The only credit he deserves is for helping us sanitize social media space of former Biafra agitators online and getting them interested in Nigeria politics. For that he should be commended and given a national award. All the Biafra flags on social media accounts have been replaced with Obi’s picture. A man afraid or ordinary primaries with Atiku is the one that want to face Tinubu, the grab it, snatch it and run with it master. He is an unserious content creator.

That's a good thing truth be told
This is one of the things that show us that democracy indeed works
Giving everyone a sense of belonging and making them stakeholders
When did anyone hear of Nnamdi Kanu or see his news on fp. No one opens a thread about him anymore
He's been quietly abandoned to his fate in Sokoto while Obi has taken over everywhere
Democracy has its benefits

Since leaving law school, has he actually recorded any notable court wins? Asking for a friend.

At this point, maybe he should consider something that keeps him busy, like engaging in house agency where he can follow in the sharing of agent money

While I have observed your biased and tribal gaslighting, I have pity for Atiku who has failed to realize that the south actually needed that second term in office.
He formed the alliance to deny Jonathan that second tenor, he should go ahead and blackmail the igbo people in his attempt to discredit Peter obi. We already know he dislike the igbo people. He should go ahead and sponsor more southerners to contest in his delusion that it will reduce southern votes for Obi at the polls. It is politics. But he should know that the south will choose Obi over him. If Obi is eliminated from contention, the south will queue behind president tinubu. The two terms has to be completed as long as this current constitution is in place.

I agree 💯 with Deji on this claim that Obi candidacy has removed the seccecionists agenda from the minds of many Igbo youths albeit Temporal. Cos once the elections are over and he looses(everyone including his supporters knows he'll lose), many of them will return back to it.

So it's not yet Uhuru for Many Igbos like myself who wish such silly seccecionists agenda is behind us cos we know the thought process of our Ndigbo kinfolk.

What I expect Igbos to do with the new found energy centred around Obi is to channel such energy into ensuring a seat at the table
Propping up Obi is a good thing but beyond that, Igbo need to articulate what exactly they want from Nigeria as one of its critical citizens

Elon Musk gave $1m to folks to vote for Trump, stop decieving urselves and Google it. Most Republicans who supported Trump also used monetary inducements to influence voters to vote for him, they didn't even hide it but did it with a lot of fanfare like Musk did
