Was nurudeen appointed before oganla moved from ikorodu to 3sc or after.
3SC poached key members of Ikorodu City’s technical and media teams following the club’s impressive debut NPFL campaign.
In their fixture in NPFL in just concluded season, Ikorodu City fans were mocking 3SC for copying their projects, it created a rivalry between the two SW teams.
Kudos to the coach though, such are the new names expected to manage our age grade national team, they bring new ideas unlike the recycled names.

🔵 Terem Moffi in talks with ESTAC?

Troyes is taking a close interest in the Nigerian striker 🇳🇬.
Loaned with an option to buy to FC Porto by Nice, the player's future remains uncertain.

Partizan Belgrade is also reportedly interested.

Just one single poor decision and a once burgeoning career is already facing a nosedive.

How a sane person dumped Marseille for Nice remains unfathomable to me till date.

My theory about all of this weird decisions is that majority of this current Nigerian players are simply not educated enough to understand the dotted lines of whatever contracts thier agents bring for them, cause some of the decisions they make are borderline insane.

Well, not majorly education but securing stable finance for the future..I have a friend who moved from Europe to Iran league and guess what Iran money gave him that stability ....some of this European clubs pay are not that lucrative, reason why you see most players prefer England, league one pay good money than some division one clubs in Nethetland,Portugal and Belguim...Nwakali Barnsley wages tripple what he was earning in Estoril

Makes sense and I agree with you, if it's about financial stability over football legacy then I can't really blame these players for their decisions...a football career is a relatively short one and every football player is one bad injury away from having his career ruined for good.

Despite calls after Remo won the NPFL last season, for NPFL and clubs to work on digital footprint and presence, they didn't.

The winners of the Southie league and also the Caf CL combined attracted over 4m live views online, while the npfl winners couldn't even attract 100k for any level.

If they keep thinking that "Nigerians are football lovers. They'll come around" they go just enter gutter. They need to upgrade the Community Relationship in a Modern way, enforced, for npfl clubs.
They don't need to spend much. They can start with time giving. Kano Pillars and Shooting Stars are the two i cam beat my chest are doing that averagely well.

It's the older Generation that are NPFL lovers. If they don't find new gen z ways to capture the young ones, and things go fully digital one day, o pari.

Following the U17 AFCON and I'm so scared Nigeria might have lost a lot of ground by the time we eventually return.

Other African countries are improving fast.

Nah not together. I was aware of the time oganla himself announced nurudeen's sack or resignation? (cant remember which one). I dont really follow the league like that but i remembered that one. Just Surprised they are in the same team now.
They both moved almost the same time. Coach Aworo moved first then Oganla follow suit. The chairman of the club make the move when they started the structural move of 3sc.

Spain's WC Squad 2026... No Dean Huijsen, No Dani Carvajal, No Gonzalo Garcia but they picked Victor Munoz. No Real Madrid player at all. Shocking.

Spain have always had real Madrid players featuring when they attained Glory at the 2010 WC, 2008 Euros, 2012 Euros and lately the 2024 Euros. Even as far back as 1964, when Spain won their first Euros, they had 2 Madrid players who played key roles.

Nico Williams of Bilbao is still recuperating and will return Late May/early June.

I hope Luis De La Fuente knows what he is doing. In all, it is still a very very solid Spanish Outfit. One of the top 5 World Cup Favorites.

It is about time Victor Eletu really took off. All that talent need to be seen beyond the Milan reserves.

AC Milan: Victor Eletu, the market opportunity that is attracting several French and European clubs

It's a common fate for many young talents trained at Europe's biggest clubs: taking the final step to the professional level is often an uphill battle. At 21, Victor Eletu is currently experiencing this firsthand at AC Milan. Having arrived in Lombardy as a teenager, the midfielder has amassed over 150 appearances in the youth ranks, building a solid reputation within the club. But while he is regularly invited to train with the first team by the Milan staff, the Lagos native has to settle for playing with the reserve team in Serie D to get playing time (28 appearances this season, with 2 goals and 3 assists). Yet, the potential of the Nigerian U20 international is undeniable. He has already distinguished himself on the continental stage during the Youth League campaigns with the Rossoneri, as well as at the U20 World Cup with the Flying Eagles. On the pitch, Eletu displays a particularly versatile profile: capable of adapting to all midfield roles (box-to-box midfielder, defensive midfielder, or further forward), he shines with his quality of initial distribution and his ability to break lines with the ball at his feet thanks to his vision, power, and speed. Technical precision, coupled with real accuracy on set pieces, makes him a modern and exceptionally complete midfielder.

Despite signing a contract extension in the summer of 2025 (for two seasons, plus an optional third), demonstrating the Lombardy club's confidence in him, Victor Eletu is looking for a sporting project that can offer him regular playing time at the highest level. This status as a promising young player ready to revive his career represents a significant market opportunity, and France has quickly positioned itself. According to our information, AS Saint-Étienne is very interested in him. At the lower level, several clubs have already made inquiries to try and sign him: En Avant Guingamp , Pau FC, Grenoble, USL Dunkerque , and AS Nancy Lorraine. The French market will have to be convincing, however, as the Milan player's profile is also appealing beyond our borders. Belgium, a league renowned for its ability to develop and promote young talent, is following the situation very closely. Other interest from Spain, Portugal, and Eastern European clubs is also being discussed behind the scenes to secure his services. At 21, the time for Victor Eletu to take the plunge has definitively arrived.

Wilfred Ndidi and Moses Simon are yet to hit camp with our game vs Zimbabwe coming up tomorrow in the Unity Cup.

This means Francis Uzoho is among the few, in line to be captain for tomorrow's encounter.

Uzoho, speaking during Nigeria’s pre-match press conference in London:

🎙️“It's a honour playing so long for this national team, representing my country. Eventually, I'm about to have the band (captain's), if the coach picks me for the game.”

He in my opinion should be the next U23 coach. He's done enough through the years to be trusted with that role.

I'm also rooting for the Rangers Chairman Amobi Ezeaku as the next NFF chairman (of course I know the politics will make this unlikely). Should this happen our football will be the better for it.

I first came across him on one of these Instagram live football show a couple of years ago. He was in Europe at the time getting a FIFA Maters certification amongst many others since then. I remember him coming back to Nigeria and upon the request of the governor of Enugu state became chairman of Enugu rangers. He hasn't just implemented forward thinking reforms at the club, he's won them 2 NPFL titles in 3 years since he became chairman. Anyone who knows how difficult the Nigerian league is will know this is no small feat.

This is me just highlighted one of the very few administrator per excellence who has shown in their own little corner what is possible. Hopefully with more people getting to know of him, he'll hopefully be better positioned to take on a more consequential role in our football administration.
