WRONG! If you ever studied probability in high school, you would know that when you are told that there is a 2% chance of having children with some form of disability after the age of 30(the probability increases as men get older), what that instead means is that though the chances are 98% that your offspring may come out normal, there is also a 2% chance that the child may instead be disabled. 😒
