The way Femi Azeez dey shine for this Unity Cup, I hope it won't be like Cyriel Dessers who was hot during the last Unity Cup only to disappear during the qualifiers and AFCON?

God abeg long may this current Azeez form continue.

The thing is this Nigerian side has done well to contain the Zim Pressure and limit their shots on target. Disciplined and efficient display by a third tier Super Eagles team.

For context this is the same Zimbabwe that troubled Egypt and South Africa at the last AFCON and almost beat both.

I think this "C-team" have done a fantastic job.

The reason why most of our strikers fizzled out Boniface, dessers, arokodare etc was because many were not given the opportunity of playing 2 upfront. The coach was trying to play them like osimhen. In such situations, goals would be hard to come by and Nigerians don't have the patience for that.
