AHAHAHAHAH.... I am laughing so hard. These loan apps are crazy! grin grin grin

Nigerians must avoid them like a plague. CBN should also ban their activities cos this is terrible. They love to tarnish people's image once you don't pay back at the expected date, even if you've been consistent with previous loans, it doesn't concern them, they would still tarnish your image if you're not careful. embarassed

Reports show that the lady in this image was owing the loan app and refused to pay. Then, this was sent to her with the threat that it would be published across all social media platforms. What is your view about this? Is this not too much?

If this is true, food don done.
First, the lady should ensure this email came from a number or mail that is traceable as an official outlet of the said loan app.

THEN SHE SHOULD PAY THE LOAN.

Now, go get a lawyer who likes to cash out. Sue them, and make una settle out of court for like #5million.
Oh she should pay the loan now because she want to sue them?

Omo I'm not in support of this obituary stuff but some Nigerians who knows they can't do without taking loans should always endeavour to pay up.

You have two options:

* Go to court.

* Pay your debt.

Or better still, go and get loan from a British bank with your NEKEDE abi Aba Made certificate like your Lord and Saviour.

How many people read terms and conditions before signing these loans? If you're not sure of the T&C, just let it slide
Re: A Loan App Posts A Lady's 'Obituary', Tarnishes Her Image For Owing Them by keemsleek(m): 4:02pm On May 27
The loan apps that behaves like this are not registered under the government so it's easy to report them to fccpc. Registered loan apps don't do such rather they will report you to CBN who will freeze your account and be deducting the loan till it's fully paid.

Leave them...deluded lot...if not because the 9ja law doesn't regard it as a crime yet would they be salivating?

They think they're the only ones who have lawyers but they haven't wondered why none of these companies have ever been sued or lost to such suits🤣

laivwire:
Keep dreaming. Your love for quick money fools you into thinking legal cases are the shortcut to wealth. Your eyes will clear.

They threatened but did not publish. At the end, she will lose as she would repay her loan in full and still waste her time and money in following court proceedings. Something that's chicken change for the company that has its lawyers on a retainer basis who handles hundreds of cases as a full time salary job making the company cost per case close to minimum.

Some loan apps asks for your pictures, or can get it through your social media like Whatsapp cos you definitely input your mobile numbers
Re: A Loan App Posts A Lady's 'Obituary', Tarnishes Her Image For Owing Them by wallrichy: 4:13pm On May 27
Even social media also. People always eager to collect loan and hardly concealed their full identity. They pick your full name and get to your social media accounts....there's probably a column to fill your social media handles but naive people would quickly fill it up and not thinking of the consequences if derailed in payment. I think people are always eager to get the loan without thinking about the consequences of defaulting.....

Look at this 👇🏼 and tell us who is the real criminal.

They gave a friend 5 thousand naira, he defaulted for two days and just look at the threats he is getting.

Only criminals use blackmail to recover loan,
