Lol. Seunmsg, is Southsouth still in the bag? Where will Tinubu's votes come from? Anyways, we will all learn politics together! At least, Omo-Agege was bold enough to dump the APC. Tinubu should be more afraid of those whom are too scared to decamp but will carry out the mother of all anti-party ever known to man.
Agege is inconsquential

Omo - Agege stold the mace from National Assembly. History will never forgive him. The same people that protected him from being suspended from 8th senate for stealing the mace have chased him out of APC.

Without the backing of an incumbent governor, Tinubu got over 25% of vote cast in Delta state in 2023.

90% in south west ? A joker you're
Tjra:
You dey whine us?

80 - 90% in South West, Abuja & Rivers, 60% in North Central, 50% in South-South, 40% in Core-North and 30% in South East.

The question we should be asking is Who will succeed Tinubu in 2031?
Re: Senator Ovie Omo-Agege Resigns From APC by AMINDA: 6:31pm On May 27
seunmsg:
Ned was not in APC in 2023. He won because OKowa supported him. He's still in APC despite Okowa collecting the ticket from him. The APC structure of 2023 remains intact and fully integrated with the Okowa group. Even Ibori is solidly behind Delta APC. The only minus from the two groups is Omo-Agege. And for someone who lost to Senator Dafinone, it shows how weak he has become. He can go to hell, we have Delta in the bag already.
Where were all these people in 2023, and who did they support when Okowa contested as V.P. candidate and an incumbent governor under PDP? Why couldn't Okowa deliver himself?
Re: Senator Ovie Omo-Agege Resigns From APC by kad199: 6:31pm On May 27
AMINDA:
Are you having a laugh? The Okowa group that failed to deliver Okowa as Vice presidential candidate under PDP? If Deltans had the presence of mind to vote Okowa's candidates and still reject Okowa despite being an incumbent and Vice presidential candidate, how will Tinubu now win Delta state with Omo-agege and Ned Nwoko aggrieved? What will Tinubu promise Deltans that is worth more than a V.P slot? They can still vote APC in the down ballots and reject Tinubu, just like in Lagos. Bottomline, Tinubu will struggle in the South, even in his own Southwestern backyard.

You accuse all and sundry of working against Tinubu simply because they could not carryout the herculean task of delivering a very unpopular Tinubu. You forgot that Tinubu and his Lagos boys failed to deliver himself in Lagos but Lagos still has the highest number of appointees and projects. Being an ingrate is not a virtue. Time is a gentleman.

A party that can scam its own party members and stake holders,

Imagine what it is capable of doing to the entire country,

And what it is currently doing to the entire country,

Might just be the most disintegrated party before 2027 election.

School is not a scam. There is difference between name changing, merging, and porting.
SDP and NRC were the only parties then so he was in SDP ( I'm sure u heard the story) After Abdulsalam was going to hand over to civilians AD came up and lost the Presidential election, it was more of a regional party so they changed the party name from to AC then ACN and finally became a national party when they merged with CPC and part of ANPP to form APC.... unlike Obi, who ported, jumped from party to paApgafrom Apga to pdp to LP to ADc now NDC.

Hope you get the twist now.
Alliance for Democracy, AD did not become Action Congress, AC.

Rather, Tinubu left AD to form his own party, AC. The AD had a presidential candidate in 2007, just as AC did.

press9jatv:
Omo-Agege’s Move from APC to NDC Is a Political Mistake and Miscalculation

He is decamping because Abuja connections failed

I’m not surprised, but I am disappointed.

I just saw the news of Former DSP Omo-Agege resignation from the APC. To be honest, I saw it coming.

He wasn’t happy when Governor Sheriff Oborevwori moved into the APC.

He became scared because of the value and impact Oborevwori brought to the party.

He knew he had no path to the governorship, which is why he settled for Delta Central Senate — knowing fully well he couldn’t win, since the people of Delta Central have seen the achievements of Sen. Ede Dafinone.

He boycotted the APC congress and primaries, disrespected the Governor, and hasn’t attended APC meetings since the Governor joined the party.

When he lost the primaries, he moved to Abuja working on his connections to turn the result but unfortunately, he connections failed and that is why he is moving to NDC.

I’m disappointed that Omo-Agege is moving from APC to NDC.

This will be one of his biggest political mistakes.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s achievements are enough to give APC candidates a strong advantage in the 2027 general elections.

In fact, if Sen. Ede Dafinone contests against Omo-Age in 2027, he can relax.

The 2023 governorship election, APC congress, and APC primaries already showed that Omo-Agege has lost touch with reality.

I know he’s hoping to ride on a “Peter Obi wave” and thinks it can carry him to victory since the elections are on the same day.

But this is 2027, not 2023. The political opportunities that worked then won’t play out the same way now.
Omo-Agege will be disappointed at the end of the day.

I also hear that Ned Nwoko is moving to NDC.
None of them pose a threat to APC in Delta State.
In fact, they’re welcome to the contest.

I know they’ll be disappointed — because I’m already disappointed in their decision.

Ossai ovie success ✍🏼
Omo agege that won senate under labour when obi was still in apga is hoping on riding on Peter obis wave? That's why I said he made a tactical error by not defecting since to run for senate. Can ede dafinone run for governor and amass the numbers Omo agege garnered in 2023 governorship election while using an unpopular APC??

Add PDP's vote to that of APC in 2023. That should give you an idea. It's not just the Okowa group now, it's the fusion of both structure. As at today, APC is the only existing political party in Delta state. Ned and Omo-Agege are irrelevant noisemakers.
You guys are relying on big personalities in delta to deliver tinibu forgetting that it's still the delta masses that will do the voting, tell me what will motivate the average delta man to vote for ur tinibu when he can't even fulfil all his promises he made to them when he came to delta for campaign in 2023? They watch as ur tinibu sign multi million dollars contracts to modernise ports in his lagos while their own ports in their backyard that are supposed to be putting food on their table is left idle and rotting away u guys must really feel u are the only smartest people in nigeria. Delta people will shock you people next year.

Thanks to who? I thought Omo-Agege did anti-party? Are we now celebrating 25% in the South. Is 25% still the target in 2027? Why not tell us how many percent Tinubu got in Imo, Ebonyi and Cross Rivers that had incumbent APC governors.

This would have been Peter Obi's case in ADC but he outsmarted them.

Ahead of what exactly?

Why did he join ADC in the first place.

He just wasted 4 months that he wld have used to do better things. This shows obi lack direction.

From the Desk of the Mace thief. Who can forget his notoriety, his ignoble role at the past national assemblies. He thinks all Nigerians have hysterical amnesia.

What a Joke... but hey welcome to Nigeria where thugs and gangstars have hijacked the political space.

There's something about political office in Nigeria that once the holder loses an election he immediately has severe withdrawal symptoms that the only way to cure it is to go back to be reelected by any means necessary.

Why is Amupitan’s INEC and Wike’s courts destroying PDP, ADC, LP and other opposition parties huh

Wike Boasts Of Helping APC Use Judiciary To Kill Osun LG Funds Case, Warns Party Leaders Against Ingratitude

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has openly boasted that he assisted certain elements within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in deploying the judiciary to frustrate the Osun State local government allocation lawsuit.

In a video now circulating widely on social media and obtained by SaharaReporters, Wike made the claim while addressing a crowd in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The former Rivers governor accused the APC National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, of benefitting from judicial actions against the Osun State Government without knowing those who did the work behind the scenes.

The suit in question led to the withholding of local government funds in Osun State, a development widely seen as targeting the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke as opposition in the state.

Wike, who spoke angrily, suggested that the court action supporting the APC’s position against the Osun government did not happen by chance, boasting that powerful political forces worked quietly to ensure the outcome.

“Don’t take our support for Mr President for granted,” Wike warned, in an apparent message to APC leaders defending Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara. “You have to be careful about the statements you make. You have to be very careful.”

He accused Basiru of political ingratitude, claiming the APC was enjoying in Osun State without understanding who engineered their advantage.

“Today, you are enjoying in Osun. You don’t know those who did the work,” Wike said. “You are opening your mouth to talk about Rivers State.”

Do you think this is because we are all thugs and gangsters too huh
