Plan like a 1m plus at the LASUTH
The theater fees varies depending on instructions, the last time 340k
You will also buy surgical materials and instruments and other cost.
But the earlier they go now the better. My son was on the surgery queue for over 2 years at LASUTH. They are good with it but the delay is because of many patience and the consultants only 2 surgeries per week

Many people here tries to compare costs in general hospitals with private. Brethren, I don't know about other states, but if na lagos general hospitals, pls hold your money. We do CS for Ayinke, Ikeja general hospitals, bro my account empty

Going to government hospital involves 4 tests or more,several appointments and will be on the waiting lists for months except if connected. Price is a little over 100k
Private hospitals could be 2 tests,immediate and not up to 200k.
I don't know what orchiopexy means but from the illustration I deduce it is undescended testes. It is no more a big deal unlike before
