No. I’m only saying that the intellect of a fool will suffice to make sense of what he saying.

Let me come down to your level of reasoning so you’d understand. If you saw this question: 1+2, you’d answer it in at most three attempts before getting the right answer. That tells you that the question is so easy that even a dimwit can answer in at most three attempts . It doesn’t means anyone who answers in three attempts is a dimwit. Hope it’s clearer now.
