There are other medical means using cutting edge assisted conception that would work for you and your wife to make babies. You seem not to have interest in the marriage again though

No be just signing certificates; the couple themselves need to submit them; otherwise, they are no better than lovers cohabitating. So, when I said, "They signed the certificate," I mean that they signed the appropriate documents, submitted them, did all applicable follow-ups, and obtained the actual marriage certificate from the authorities.

This matter long oo but the fact is that no woman is born with any kind of hormonal disorder, so if any woman is diagnosed of any chronic disorder, why should an innocent man like me suffer such sins?

The fact that some of you are even cruel enough to suggest ivf and surrogacy, person go carry money go marry wahala and the least you guys could do was to blackmail him forgetting that women are so brutal and if he had been diagnosed of any chronic condition affecting his motility and fertility, that woman would leave him or go born another man's child into the marriage to save face.
