do4luv14:I calm down to watch that shot also…despite the breeze curly effect of the ball, it was bound for the left side of the net, meaning if Okoye had positioned to a close proximity between himself and the space in between that left side of the net where the ball entered he would have had a brilliant punch… In 2002 When Paul scholes got his pass from a midfielder he tilted towards the left to pick a spot where he would release a bullet, Enyeama also tilted to closed the space between himself and the left side of the net…thats why he was able to punch that ball from scholes Okoye was far from that left corner space, he would have adjusted a bit to close the wide gap between himself and the left space of the net when he saw that polish player was tilting towards left to pick a shot spot |

Kog45:Even you are not sure of that Morocco game if it's Okoye, Be honest Sir you are not Sure, just assumed we might lost if it's him |

Goke7:In all honesty, 30k views is pretty tame/unimpressive for a country like Nigeria with our footballing pedigree, population and sporting culture. Although, I personally wouldn't attribute the low YouTube views to a lack of fan interest - that one has more to do with a fragmented official media presence, thanks or no thanks to NFF. That being said, I'd say that interest in Nigerian football has definitely taken a massive nosedive over the recent years, mostly because of our poor World Cup campaign. The last time I can say our national team had serious hype around it in recent memory was during our AFCON 2023 run where we eventually made the finals. But it won't stay down forever. I think we either need an AFCON title or another World Cup appearance, and things will be back to the way they were. Real Nigerian soccer fans don't stay angry at the NT forever. |

“I'm very happy and very proud to represent my country, Nigeria. I'm ready to give more of this,” Bewene told Ubuntu Pitch. “When I'm on the pitch, I'm ready to give my all. So, I just forget everything. There are plenty people in my country, I have to make them happy. I have to make myself happy. So, I have to give all.”
Abdullahi Bewene post-match tots.

‘Nwabali saves that’, meanwhile Degea who was EPl best keeper at the time couldn’t save Kompany’s own |

Chelle should have invited that young left back at Bayern instead of inviting Akpan and Bewene at the same time. |

TheSuperNerd:Baller. Very impressive debut. Has a high ceiling and will only get better. I was quite impressed by him. Our defensive depth is strong everywhere except the left-back. Na only Bruno we get cos Zaidu Sanusi na minus. Also, I do not like right-footed players playing left-back. Eric Chelle needs to do more scouting to unearth more players for the left back role. Nerdy, what's the deal with Sodiq Lawal, the former Beyond Limits player who moved to Sweden early this year? Also, which other Nigerian players are on the horizon that can fill that role? |

minfelix:and the keeper was actually close to the angle, I’m not saying the Poland goal wasn’t impossible to save but saying Nwabali will surely save it or Okoye was at fault is what I have a problem with |

NasirIbnLaAhad:Just one single YouTube channel haba a channel that’s not that popular sef Nigerians are still interested in football in spite of all that’s happening let another tournament come up and you’ll see teeming fans everywhere. You guys are sometimes too negative allowing current events to assume our people no longer follow the team. Let the eagles or any national team male or female get to the final of any event and you’ll see the enormous following, is it not the same people celebrating Arsenal on the streets? We are crazy football fans and followers known worldwide. |
