SuperNead, I love your analysis on this forum, but you're wrong here. In mathematics there is a subject called the probability of an event happening. That clip you showed is Pickford pulling off a world-class save. If the exact event were to happen 10 times in a row, the probability of Pickford saving that attempt 10 times in a row is probably less than 10 percent. If Pickford had conceded that goal, no reasonable person would have blamed him for it. That goal that Maduka Okeye conceded was savable, but it would have been an absolute world-class save, and this is why no one can objectively blame him for conceding a goal when the odd of him saving that goal is less than 10 percent.
Una Dey solve maths again on top this okoye matter? Na wa o 😂

Ndi "No GK iN tHe WOrlD wILl sAvE tHat'' 📸

Enjoy.

but to be honest this shot was easier for the goalkeeper to anticipate as it never changed trajectory while in motion. Both scenarios are different and one cannot be use as against yardstick the other.

We have seen Abdullahi Ibrahim Bewene, 21 make his debut and impress at RB, now next up will be Christian Monday Akpan, 21 of Genk

A lad who passed through Asec Mimosas Academy and landed in Belgium firstly as a midfielder and began showing his versatility as a LB and RB for Jong Genk while also featuring as a CDM in several other games.

His Senior debut saw him feature for 120mins at RB and he impressed dropping 26 defensive contributions, 9 duels won and 17 clearances. Na wa.

Like TheGoodJoe will say, let him soak in the Chelle system well ahead of the Portugal fixture. Lad looks really promising.

We asked for a rebuilding project and it's happening now, seems NFF have seen Chelle is massively backed by Nigerians and are giving him a free hand to cook.

Throwback Thursday: Reminder of Stanley Nwabali - Video Highlights

You will not throw him to the gutters of amnesia because you dont like or rate him. Let him just get a club and return to action.

Like we await the "reboot" of Benjamin Frederick, Nwabali's return is also anticipated.

Tic tock... ⏳️

Hopefully Chelle calls Samuel isife who looks like he has a higher ceiling at RB compared to this two guys and Anthony Dennis for midfield as well

All cant be called at the same time. Isife's time will come.

But will tell you for free that Isife could not be invited because he is nursing a knock. Chelle was informed and that is how Bewene got the nod. Isife was actually considered before Bewene. Infact, Bewene was not 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice... he was the last resort among the options Chelle considered. Yet see how it turned out.

abeg why didn't Oputa and Igboke feature yesterday? and what about Anthony Dennis?

Also who else noticed the risk Chelle took yesterday, seemed he emptied his bench at some point, what if someone had gotten injured?

The only match we never saw aside what should have been a Nigeria vs Senegal final at Afcon 2025 was a potential CIV vs Senegal Semis.

It was gonna be another Worldclass African Cracker.
