If I was coaching Zadok and want to suggest players to watch clips of and copy I would promptly point to Finidi, Beckham, Figo, Mahrez, and Di Maria. A productive winger to me is one who uses his dribbling skills to create that slight space to deliver a cross or shot. A high IQ winger for me is one who is smart enough to know when to cross or shot instantly instead of pointless dribbles that allow defenders time to get into shape. Zadok is young and still has time to refine his game and avoid Ikedia, Maduaeke, Chukwueze kind of wingers play sets. Mujtahida: |

SymphonyRad:Nothing good about us not qualifying for the World cup, World cup boost young players confidence and careers who featured it. One other thing, I have been hearing "We are rebuilding" since 2002 till date, only Keshi had been able to have gotten it right, not with the entirety of the new generation, but with the balance of the old and the younger players. Let's believe Chelle will better Keshi's achievements |

The U23 arm of our National Teams Hierarchy has to be resurrected and taken seriously. The NFF is sleeping on the U23s. SymphonyRad: |

chrisooblog:Your post deserves a thousand likes. You have put into words my sentiments. I wanted to highlight some portions but the entire write up is the highlight. Timing. Proportion. Accuracy. If he tailors his game to inculcate these elements he would be invaluable to any team he plays for. Otherwise na Ikedia 2.0 he go be. |

chrisooblog:Chukwueze not hitting his highest potential in soccer is not tied to his wing play pattern….its just simply shows that’s the height of his ceiling and limit of him wing play destiny…. I would want Zaddok to grow into the Neymar/Lamine Yamal shape(players that can delete you one on one turn your stomach in and out and mess you up and still deliver beastly crosses and assist aswell as adding beautiful goals to his game |

Watching Tunisia vs Belgium right now and my God, Tunisia look just awful...it's obvious their template at this world cup will be park the bus and insha Allah, just a utterly diabolical team to watch. |

Tunisia red card. Gharbi from Ogundu's club, Augsburg on loan from SC Braga. Bad tackle on Doku... Belgium 3-0 Tunisia... KDB Special. It will always be Tunisia. They are the Flop Kings in every WC year from Africa. |

Some of it na decision making too. Send in a one time pass to your forwards no, na to attempt dribble for the highlight reel. To be fair Chukwueze isn't the worst offender (looking at you M.Simon) but I've seen it one too many times to not conclude it's a style of play issue than him reaching the max of his ability. You remember that our second goal against Algeria where Osimhen gave a one time pass to Akor? Samu would have definitely attempted to dribble the last defender instead of passing once. minfelix: |

4-0. Lukebakio. I just tire. Modified na 5-0 now... Raskin... as I dey type. Went unbeaten in the WCQs (9 wins, 1 draw) and conceeded zero goals only to come concede 5 with 9 days to their opening WC game. Smh TheSuperNerd: |

This is Tunisia's "World Class" WCQs campaign that fetched the WC ticket.... They went from that to 5-0 thrashing vs Belgium... a tournament darkhorse team ooo not one of the top 5 WC favorites. It is too much bikonu.

Default setting of Tunisian national teams is to qualify for WCs and get knocked out unceremoniously. Egypt themselves have a disgraceful record. 0 wins in 3 appearances. Maybe this first one will be the lucky charm they need to break their duck. TheSuperNerd: |
