If Yoruba really developed Lagos State, why can't the same Yoruba develop Ogun State their next door neighbor.
Are they Yorubas living in Lagos different from the Yorubas living in Ogun State ? I thought the Yorubas are one!

Fifth of United States population are Canadians by birth, United State is developed if you go to Canada their next neighbor, is also developed. The only thing holding mexico down is drugs, and bad leadership.

So what is holding the Yorubas of Ogun State underdeveloped, they all depends on Lagos for survival ?

Nigerians developed Lagos, and not the Yorubas! If the Yorubas claimed the developed Lagos, they can also straight that hand to their closest neighboring states like Ogun but they didn't do that. Are they Yorubas living in Lagos different from the Yorubas living in Ogun ?

And for your information SE people were part of the tribes that developed Lagos,Nigeria. So they don't envy what they are part of.

There are oil producing states in Nigeria who don't spend the revenue they earn on infrastructure and are less developed than Lagos..

will you blame the Yorubas for the under-development and bad infrastructure of oil producing states and other states in Nigeria

That means Lagos can make so much money and still have bad infrastructure if the Yoruba leaders in Lagos steal Lagos blindly..

Is it Igbos that are signing road construction contracts in Lagos?

Is it Igbos that are signing rail construction contracts in Lagos?

Is it Igbos that are drafting the development plan of LGAs in Lagos?

Is it Igbos that foreign investors will set up meetings with in Lagos?

Yoruba and Igbo are not contemporaries by population and that means by any other thing. Lagos not to talk of Ibadan makes it very obvious and all this going back and forth is to not accept the fact. The Yoruba are almost three times the population of the Igbo and if you accept that many things will be easier for you to accept. How many Igbos even are in Lagos? If you give Yoruba 70 percent it means Igbo is 7.5 percent, if Yoruba is eighty percent it means Igbo is five percent, if Yoruba is sixty percent it means Igbo is ten percent. If you now go to the extreme and say Yoruba is 40 percent, Igbo still will not be more than fifteen percent. This is because whatever is left after Yoruba is deducted must be divided into four around equal parts before one part can be assumed Igbo. After all they win 99 percent of elective posts in the city. However as long as Nigeria remains one, any Nigerian city is owned by all Nigerians as they are free to live and contest elections there.

If you are waiting for Lagos to become a non Yoruba city, you will wait indefinitely

Do you know Bola Tinubu's state of origin, i mean where he came from ? I heard he is from Iragbiji in Osun state Nigeria, only this supposed to teach you something about Lagos.
Why are they Yorubas running away from their various state of origin and flooding Lagos State, claiming Omo'onile! all over Lagos. Many have even denied and abandoned their original state taking refuge in Lagos.
Just like i will run away from my beautiful Imo state to Anambra because non indigenes have developed Anambra state, so i now come and be claiming Anambra first Son because i can also speak Igbo language and also have Igbo name same with Anambra people do8)

For your information, the Yorubas didn't create any shiiit infrastructural masterplan in Lagos Nigeria, rather it was the British colonial masters that did all that for our former capital Lagos Nigeria. Don't come and educate me on what i know already since 35 years ago! I won't take that from you.

Do you know when the Igbos started migrating to Lagos Nigeria, dem don born you by that time... I am not sure if your dad don reach adult time sef.

Master plan of Lagos Nigeria, Some parts of Rivers State, Port Harcourt and many places in Cross River State infrastructure was the plans of the colonial masters and not Nigeria people master plans.

Lagos State Nigeria has been a HOME to all TRIBES in Nigeria since 1914 till today. All Nigeria tribes OWNS Lagos Nigeria our former capital and also it's home to our colonial masters before they left Nigeria.
