Ballots should be mailed and returned before the general election. Anything after election day should not be accepted. It is common sense, but TDS will not allow you to use it.

Since it was announced that Bass had secured her runoff spot, her numbers have not moved.

It is statistically impossible.

This should be stopped by SCOTUS. Mail in ballots should be for those who really really can't make it to the voting centres. A turnout of say 20% is still a valid election. The notion that everyone has to vote is a camouflage for mass mail in ballots , then count until a desired candidate wins.

It now turns out that LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman bankrolled using a non profit the law firm representing E Jean Carroll a whooping $7 million. He was friends with Epstein visiting his island. E Jean Carroll met George Conway at a party ( a Trump hating Lincoln Project founder ) who linked her up with Reid Hoffman.
Reid Hoffman is the one being investigated.

Here below is a post I made a year or two ago - WITH FACTS - about what a scam & a nutjob E. Jean Carroll is. I'm sorry this post is such a long one, but there is A LOT of facts about the absolute absurdity of the whole thing!. Here's below is that post:

E. Jean Carroll claimed the "sexual assault" happened in 1995. But why did she wait until 2019... 24 YEARS LATER to accuse him? Are you ready for the answer?? It was because she put out a book titled "Why Do We Need Men For?" and she mentioned Trump. It was all about publicity for her book.

Under questioning in the 2nd trail, she was asked if she promoted her book. She said she had did 4 television interviews and several podcasts to promote her book. She was asked what she talked about and she said: "The journalists wanted to hear about President Trump. I saw that the book was not selling – so I tried to talk about it". Thus, right there she basically admits to using Trump as a key ingredient to sell her book!

In 2019 E. Jean Carroll posed for the cover of New York Magazine. She was wearing what she claimed was the Donna Karan jacket dress she had worn when Donald Trump allegedly attacked her in 1994. Carroll said she kept the dress in her closet after the alleged assault. She says she never wore it again. But there was one big problem with her story. The Donna Karan jacket dress was not made or sold in 1994 - the year she claimed Donald Trump attacked her! After she found out the fact that the dress hadn't even been made at that time, she changed her story and said the alleged attack happened in "1995 or 1996". Her story is obviously a complete hoax.

Here is something else that has been underreported: Carroll’s story is eerily similar to an episode of Law and Order from season 13 — right down to the rape fantasy in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room. That is exactly where she claims Trump "assaulted" her. What a coincidence!

Also, keep in mind Bergdorf Goodman is a high end, fancy store. Thus it had security personnel and lots of security cameras, in addition to all the customers there. AND, in addition to that, with a dressing room attendant close by, only a few feet or few yards away. Don't you think the odds are very high that someone would be caught assaulting another person?

And why would Trump or any other big name person meet someone for the first time and minutes later sexually assault them? And, on top of that, in a big time store with people around?

E. Jean Carroll said she can't remember when the alleged attack took place. Anyone who's experienced this trauma remembers exactly where and when it occurred. Jean Carroll's couldn't recall the precise date — or even the year — of the alleged encounter. That made it impossible for Trump to defend himself. In the trail, Trump's lawyer summed it up well: "Give me a date. November of 1995? November 7? April 3 of 1996? Sure. There's calendars. There's schedules. There's appointments. We could see where he was. But of course, with no date, no month, no year, can't present an alibi. Can't call witnesses."

Why didn't contact police after the alleged incident? Why did she wait 24 years later to accuse Trump? And she can't even remember the year that the alleged attack took place?? Isn't it odd that when her book came out, then THAT is when she decided to accuse Trump? Doesn't it look like she was using Trump to promote her book? Why did she later describe her life as "fabulous" in spite of her claimed emotional distress? Why would Trump or anyone else attack her in a crowded NY dept. store? And why didn't anyone there at the store see the alleged attack? Why didn't any of the security cameras show the attack or show her being distressed?

Carroll had zero evidence the "attack" had occurred. The ONLY thing she had was a suspicious situation of two of her friends testifying in the first trial that she (Carroll) had told them about Trump allegedly assaulting her. After all, they are her friends and it's not hard at all to see people in her circle hate Trump. Isn't it more than plausible that Carroll and her friends had colluded to advance her false story because they hated Donald Trump with a passion? (Jean Carroll is a registered democrat. It is practically a certainty her friends are also big time Trump-hating democrats). In addition to her friends most likely hating Trump, is it crazy to think that Jean Carroll could have, as an extra incentive, offered her friends some of the money she would get from suing Donald Trump ... if they testified in her behalf? After all, asides from being her friend, they likely hated Trump anyway, so why not cash in as well?

Before she made the allegations against Trump, New York had a statute of limitations of rape accusations. Afterwards, New York actually temporarily changed the Statute of Limitations on Rape just so she COULD bring these charges against Trump!

The trial was in New York City. How was it possible for the former president to receive a "fair trial" in New York City, where he won just 23% of the vote in the 2020 presidential election?

In the 2nd trial, Carroll said "Yes" when asked if she received a subpoena not to tamper with any evidence. She eventually admitted in the trial that she DELETED a substantial amount of evidence from her email... despite the subpoena for her not to do so! At that point, Trump's lawyer said to the judge: “I move for a mistrial, evidence has been deleted." Instead of the judge doing the right thing and declaring a mistrial, he instead did the OPPOSITE, and said: “Denied and the jury will disregard everything Ms. Habba (Trump's lawyer) said.” He basically told the jury to ignore the fact that Carroll deleted evidence & didn't follow the subpoena! What!?!

To recap: this is a mentally unstable woman. Not only that, she is a registered democrat! And, she has an agenda to use Trump to help sell her book, and she parlayed that into a civil suit to make even more money from Trump. And she waited 24 years to accuse him - at the same time her book comes out ... clearly publicity for her book.

The judge in this trial is a liberal, appointed by Bill Clinton. He has shown in the trial he is anti-Trump and repeatedly defended the plaintiff. Trump had no chance.
