Good evening everyone As regards the issue of kidnapping that happened recently in Oyo state, I can see some people running around and jubiliating like they are happy it happened. You will see many of them use lines like "Who did they vote" "We told them" Just like I said in my previous threads that it's crystal clear this insecurity is being orchestrated by opposition to give the incumbent a bad name. As if they isn't enough, many of them have turned to emergency social media influencers just like they did in 2023 and failed and now their major topic is oyo kidnapping. Like you will as yourself if it's not these same people who came from where over 1800 people were killed within the last few months, you will begin to ask yourself of these are not the same sets of people that dare not go out on Monday? If you so much despise insecurity like this, then your place should be paradise.... imagine one faded celebrity who hasn't gone to his village for the past 5 years because of insecurity is now the spokesperson for oyo kidnapping. Like you will be forced to ask yourself, are these people not from that particular place where they can't step their foot into? If they channel all these oyo energy into their place they won't be scared to go to their villages. As if that's not enough, many of them are beginning to turn it into political campaign for their packaged fraud, they are now saying if it's their packaged fraud it won't happen...the reality is that Nigerians are wiser now, nobody will vote for your overnight messiah, the same man you all gathered to curse when he was governor now suddenly become the messiah we all should accept....never |

They will all be disappointed and brought to their knees at the polls. Many of their foot soldiers and politicians will be sent into retirement, never to rise again. |

Nigeria is experiencing one of the worst economic and security crises in its history, yet some people seem more concerned with blaming imaginary opposition leaders than addressing the incompetence and unprecedented cluelessness on display in the Tinubu administration. As for those trying to label others as frauds, the only fraud many Nigerians recognize is the one built on the propaganda of "building Lagos from scratch" and "taming the Atlantic Ocean"..only to deliver hardship, suffering, and death on an unprecedented scale as president True, Nigerians are wiser now. Seven months before the general election, the government is obviously unable to tell Nigerians what it has achieved or how the lives of ordinary citizens have improved positively to warrant another term |

Counterigbolies:It is truly amazing how this bigoted thread is avoiding the cause and actors of the insecurity engulfing the SW, ignoring the plight of the very young and innocent children being slowly ushered to greater pain and suffering by their abductors, even as one of these children has died in captivity along with great brother Michael, who was decapitated for his faith. Part of the condition to free these victims is the introduction of sharia law in Oyo, and DAILY BANDITS ARE CAUGHT TRYING TO INFILTRATE LAGOS IN THEIR NUMBERS. But this thread shamelessly pursues politics clad in bigotry and inclined towards hate. Do better to lend a voice to the victims, IDPs, and the existential danger facing the SW. |

Counterigbolies:@ the bold, you've already acknowledged that he has failed. The real question is, if you agree he has failed, why are you blaming the opposition for the economic and security crisis under his administration? Isn't that a contradiction? Aren't you contradicting yourself Governments are elected to govern, not to spend their entire tenure looking for scapegoats. After years in power, responsibility belongs to those occupying the seats of authority, not to some imaginary opposition figures. As for the alternative, alternatives abound. Democracy is not built around one individual. Nigerians have always had choices, and when the time comes, Nigerians will decide which alternative they believe can do better. The bigger question is this: after all the promises of renewed hope, can you point to any significant improvement in the cost of living, security, or the welfare of ordinary Nigerians that justifies another term? Don't run away ooo. ![]() |

Ofunaofu:Please, leave these cornfused Tinubu's supporters. Do you ever see them attack Atiku or Sowore? They know who will defeat Tinubu, hence their job is to write about Obi. Instead of wasting time replying them, use the time to sensitize more voters. We want to overwhelm them at the polls such that rigging becomes impractical. |

I was surprised yesterday when my ardent (pre - Wike) PDP supporter who has always disliked APC and Mr Tinubu turned to me and said 'these people think they can use insecurity to destabilise us and make us vote out Tinubu, they're joking'. Oops Up until a few weeks ago, this guy was so anti Tinubu, he would walk away if you mentioned that name. Now, he has changed because he believes there is a motive behind the sudden rise of insecurity in the SW. People here initially blamed the government (they still do to some extent), but they now see the bigger picture. Most Yoruba people have woken up to the insidious plan of certain elements in this country. They know the game plan is about the 2027 elections. Yoruba people are unlikely to queue up in the sun to vote Mr Atiku particularly as they many of them now believe certain elements are trying to armtwist and blackmail them with insecurity. Unfortunately for Mr Atiku, he will bear the brunt of the pushback by SW people come 2027. ADC will be lucky to get up to 5% of the votes in any SW state. NDC will naturally get some votes in Lagos, but will not get up to 5% in any other SW state. |

Did Tinubu accept his own kind of poor performance from any president in the past and would he have accepted it now if he was still in opposition? If he did not and if he won't, and you are here defending him today, you are simply a tribalistic bigot yet to be profiled. |
| Re: Some People Think They Can Use Insecurity To Market Their Fraud!!! by tesseract: 4:10am On Jun 08 |
They are graping and killing your people in captivity but this is your problem? Your entire region has been taken over and even the Lagos you thought was safe has been infiltrated by these blood sucking demons that APC imported in order to remove GEJ. All of you are cursed with an everlasting curse. The blood of all the innocent men, women and children killed will cry against you and your offsprings forever. This is disgusting and utterly reprehensible. |

Imagine the nonsense this OP is writing? It is a shame that the lives of those innocent kids abducted in their school doesn't matter to you, what matters to you is supporting a clueless old fellow who have totally destroyed Nigeria under 3 years of woefully failed presidency. |

Why do you or tinubu think the oppositions are behind the insecurity? Because they were part of it before during Jonathan's time, so they are thinking it is what is playing back to them. I challenge you and Tinubu to uproot these people, since you already know them, all security apparatus is in you guys control, so why crying |

HacheNoire:Indeed. The uncomfortable truth many don't want to accept is that Tinubu is not GEJ and Oyo kidnapping cannot be turned into the Chibok girls propaganda because Yorubas knows their premium worth to Nigeria meaning PBAT cannot be bullied out of office with sponsored terror. Right now, it is mainly only SW and SS giving Nigeria life. Cold and brutal truth. Those two regions are in a position of strength. The world cried for the Chibok girls. Michelle Obama made it a personal mission Now, the world is not saying anything about Oyo because it has become clear Born-to-rule Northerners are behind cynical sponsorship of terrorism. They can do their worst. They won't win. It is Tinubu till 2031 and Nigeria will rise by grace of God. |

Validated:@ the bolded is what is required of a genuine opposition. Opposition should be intentional and not a waterleaf whose movement is subject to the waves of the .sea. Nigerians want to know if your candidate is going to return the fuel subsidy so that Nigerians will buy fuel at 300naira/ litre. Nigeria want to know if your candidate will bring back official rate of fx, where there will be 2 different rates of 400/USD and black market of 1370/USD. Nigerians want to know how your candidate will permanently stop school abduction, kidnapping and land grabbing by the Fulani Jihadist. Anything short of that is gaslighting and a disingenuous way of manipulating the electorate into buying into your overpriced candidate. |

Counterigbolies:Whoever spoke against Tinubu to you must be an Igbo. Omorr, what kind of mentality is this? Mind you, I am neither Yoruba nor igbo but I can speak and teach Yoruba perfectly and I can't speak Igbo at all. I can marry a Yoruba woman, eat yoruba food and stay in Yoruba land. But I can't support failure like Tinubu. I am not a tribal bigot. If you do nonsense, I will call you out. That's who I am. |
