In a video clip interview, Don Jazzy explained his simple approach.

“I don’t like going to the gym, I am very lazy. I lost a lot of weight by being on a carnivore diet for 3 months, I was eating only meat,” he said.
The carnivore diet means eating only animal products, mainly meat, with no vegetables, grains, or other foods. Don Jazzy said this method worked well for him despite his not liking exercises....

If you make your diet 60-70% protein and try to walk even if na small everyday, you will lose weight. Protein keeps you full for a longer time, you therefore eat less overall and easily achieve deficit in calorie which makes you lose weight

Loosing weight is the simplest thing ever,just reduce ur diet drastically. Stop eating that nonesense u eat like a horse.

Go on a fast diet and lots of water. No gym needed just regular activities, movement and walks.

There's a significant difference.
The facial fat reduced drastically.
Carnivore and vegetable diet is bae.
But it's expensive.
Dude is intentionally increasing his life expectancy before another people will enjoy his wealth.
People are gradually realizing that eating a delicious meal doesn't equate to eating a healthy meal.
Abnormal BMI disrupts the body physiology and triggers preventable illness.
I always suggest that Human nutrition and dietitics be made a compulsory GST course in higher institutions.

losing weight is now common jare , some dey lose weight due to dieting and exercise and majority are losing weight due to hunger

So long as that's the truth, not that you've used all these sliming medicine or are sick and you are then misleading people

The picture posted doesn't do justice to the weight loss.

He has lost quite a lot of weight, and I do not believe he achieved that using a carnivore diet.

The difference is not justified in the after pic shared.
