"Rohr is hiding his real tactics for the main tournament"😁
But we did play better when the tournament started and were really close to making the 2nd round if not for Odion.

Tunisia was so lucky to play Namibia , Liberia in the world cup qualifiers . Tunisia is just going to the world cup to mark register . It appears Cameroon or Nigeria would have done better ..Tunisia is a waste of slot

Only in the second half of the Iceland game did we play better.

Absolute pant in the Croatia and Argentina one.

We tend to get good results against them sha. Historically.

Only exception was that 4-1 drubbing by Denmark in France '98. 😖

Chuks has returned to AC Milan, he was on loan at Fulham.
Bassey and Iwobi are very good, so there is nothing to fear for them.
I'm even surprise bigger clubs haven't come for Bassey

Funny enough even with our yeye campaign, if we replaced tunisia in that group and we finished on the same 17 points we got from our group, our name right now will be on a world cup group with Argentina. Those guys in that group are so bad.

Just came across this map of FIFA member countries and how they voted for the host nation for this year's WC. Lot's of interesting points.

— Russia voted for the US despite being in an active war (indirectly) with the US.

— Whole of Africa voted for Morocco (Pan African levels) except the SADC (South Africa and its kid brothers) who decided to sell out.

— Spain is the only major country that chose to abstain from the vote.

— Some European countries like France and Italy voted Morocco. Morocco really went all out this time for them to persuade Europeans to vote against the US in favor of an African country.

All in all, Morocco gave America a good fight for this ticket. They have the money, the infrastructure and now, the clout. Undisputably the Giants of African football at the moment. Should have been Nigeria but.....

Under normal circumstance, the only European countries who should be beating us outrightly are France,Spain,Germany and Italy.
We suppose to be able to dey handle the likes of Portugal,Belgium,Netherlands and England give or take.

Just went back to watch the highlights of the previous two AFCONS and how close we came in both, and the heartbreak that followed.

Abeg this country don too suffer. AFCON 2027 is non-negotiable. We MUST win it. And every African team we jam must collect heavy beating from us next edition.

And I want us to jam at least two of these teams -- Morocco, DR Congo and South Africa -- on our way to the title. We have serious scores to settle with them.

Will definitely be a chill game with low goal margins, unless we open leg for them.

Africa has 10 teams going to the World Cup and no super Eagles of Nigeria 🤦‍♂️. What a disheartening and disappointing thing . Hope we make it to 2030 World Cup. May the best team win the World Cup and I wish Brazil, USA as host nation and Portugal so Ronaldo can win and hang his boots finally his boots a great outing
