I see ordinary, unattractive, unfurnished houses going for 1.2 billion in lekki and I am like so I will carry $1million dollars to buy rubbish Of which from that millions of dollars I will buy a new house outright for $450k on 2 plots then invest the remaining in stock market where my interest will be compounded. I was telling my friend yesterday that it was cheaper living in Poland than Lagos baba didnt believe, I lived in a so called village that is more developed and saner than Ikeja and Lekki for peanuts. Tyniec and its just few kilometers to the Almighty Kraków’s city center.
