GDP per capita for Norway is between $95k - $105k, whilst for Texas it is $90 - $95k.. just to correct you.

Why don’t you compare livable wage between an average Norwegian and an American. How about access to health care for many and for all. Please compare.

I am trying to prove to you that a Norwegian would definitely live a more fulfilling healthy life than an American even with taxes on their heads.. I doubt their citizens would be in a hurry to want to migrate to the US where they could shot at anytime and where hospital bills can climb up to the heavens.
