TheSuperNerd:
🚨 FIFA statement on Thomas Partey being left out of Canada.

“FIFA can confirm that player Thomas Partey will be unable to travel from Ghana's Team Base Camp in Boston, USA, to Canada for their first match against Panama on Wednesday, 17 June, as his visa application has been refused by the Canadian government.

"FIFA is not involved in the immigration processes of host countries, including the adjudication of visas. As with previous FIFA events, the host government ultimately determines who receives a visa and is admitted into the country."
After this World cup hosts must be mandated to guarantee entry for all squad members staff and a minimum number of fans. This is becoming ridiculous. World cup players are like diplomats.

This is why you should stick to actually getting your facts right first before rushing to engage your fingers just because you want to drop bangers. We played only two games at the unity cup, the first one was vs Ghana in which Ajayi paired with Ogbu as CBs, and the second one which was the final against Jamaica where Benjamin paired with Ogbu...this was the game that Felix Agu and Benjamin Frederick got introduced as the exciting prospects so wetin you dey yarn grin.

Ajayi has been stuck in the championship for years until recently when his club gained promotion...fair play to him for finally getting a chance to play in the prem, Benjamin on the other hand is back to first team at Brentford...make if this information as you wish.

I never claimed Benjamin is above Ajayi, that's you trying to project on me but I jump am pass. The whole premise of my submission is that Benjamin has more upsides to his game compared to Ajayi and this isn't even on the basis on who is younger or older...Benjamin can defend, is more versatile (he can play as a DM, CB and RB), he is a superb ball playing defender (Benjamin embodies the type of modern day player every manager will jump at every opportunity to have in his team), it's left for him to stay disciplined and continue to work hard.

Ajayi is a good defender, but he is limited in the sense that he lacks ball playing abilities and will always struggle badly against high pressing teams...he can get away with his limitations against teams like Sao Tome or Nambia, but against top draw teams? that will be suicidal.
Yes, you are right. We played only two games at the Unity cup. Sorry, my bad.

Notwithstanding, Ajayi started against Russia 6 days after playing Jamaica. It still debunked your insinuation that he benched Ajayi henceforth. Na lie.

Oga, Ajayi had played in the EPL. Go get your facts right. His team just got promoted again to EPL. Let see if he gets to play.

The 3rd paragraph portrayed you as novice. Ajayi is as versatile as Benjamin.

He started out as a DMF and was so good at it. He has played both LB and RB couple of times. It seems you are newbies. Sorry but that's how best to describe you.

You are talking nonsense. So, getting to AFCON final was fluke because we played against Sao Tome, Namibia and so called lowly teams, abi? Keep it up.

For your information, he has faired well against top teams like Brazil, Portugal etc.

Waste of an hate watch. Their performance was so pathetic i started feeling pity for them. People will blame broos for their approach in the match but i think he adopted that approach because he knew their quality in relation to the opponents and that a full on attack will only open them up to more goals to be conceded. It was when they couldn't beat a finidi led super eagles and they took us to that cassava farm for the wcq return leg to force a draw i knew they weren't sh#t.
I rejoiced for one that the ego sponsored by the overrating of their league has come to face with reality.

That was the practice before. South africa suspended visa regulations, russia did too just to host the tournament. Even Qatar relaxed some laws just to allow the tournament go smoothly. They just met hosts that couldn't care and will not bend rules for FIFA. My hypothesis is that they have dirt on the fifa officials so those ones will not want to say anything. Im suspecting that infantino.

That Canadian goal by Larin can be executed 100% by 2 lads in the Super Eagles today... Osimhen and Akor. A classic Number 9 goal.

The pass? Easily Lookman, Iwobi and Femi Azeez (Yes, even the new guy) are giving that one touch pass.

For some of us with below par tactics knowledge
This guy exposed how Eric Chelle probably tried to outwit Portugal
No wonder Nigeria didn’t really bother with battling the absolute best midfielders (Fernandes & Vitinha) in the world for possession

Here you go
Eye opening for me

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0Vp4aMKWDw?si=MG_onQcSyU8e9GJT

Even though they sliced our defense, I didn’t like all those shots at Madueke

Eagles tried
No Lookman, No Osimhen, No Ola Aina, No Fredricks
The future is only bright
4 starters if you ask me

Chelle better deliver 2027 AFCON in Tanzania,, no more excuses

A lot of things here are not possible.

Switzerland will top Group B no matter what. 7points or full 9

Morocco will either come first or second. Brazil won’t defeat them. Either draw or Brazil loses.

You’re underrating Saudi Arabia.

Turkey 4th ke? Turkey is more likely to top group D than any other team in that group. US team have learnt how to press small but they’re very ordinary and concede easily.

Small loss now una don Dey underrate France. They’re leaving group I with nothing short of 9 points. Everybody go collect wotoporiously.
