Ghana Black Stars players call for Nigerian support as they vibe to Davido's song in their team bus ahead of their World Cup opener. 👌 |

minfelix:Chukwueze joined Villarreal's prolific youth setup in 2017, from local side Diamond Football Academy.[8] After being initially assigned to the club's Juvenil A squad, he made his senior debut with the reserves on 15 April 2018, coming on as a second-half substitute for Sergio Lozano in a 1–1 Segunda División B away draw against Sabadell. Chukwueze scored his first senior goal on 20 May 2018, netting his team's second in a 3–2 away defeat against Bilbao Athletic. He contributed with two goals in 11 appearances during his first season, as his side missed out promotion in the play-offs. Chukwueze made his first-team debut on 21 September 2018, replacing Nicola Sansone in a 2–2 home draw against Rangers, for the 2018–19 UEFA Europa League.[9] He also made his Laliga debut on 5 November 2018, playing a 90-minute full play in a 1–1 home draw against Levante, for the 2018–19 La Liga. |

This is the attack we took to that World Cup, who do you think should have been dropped for a player who just started playing for Villarreal B team |

minfelix:Not even full strength SE. Switzerland can't beat the SE team that played the Unity Cup or the Portugal game. They are so uncoordinated, misplaced passes, misses a lot of chances and loses concentration whenever they are in the opponent half. |

Mujtahida:Brazil needs to look at their league for few players that can perform better in certain positions. Casemiro is just past glory. |

Danielnino00:We need to be humble and move away from past glory, football administration really need to get to work to develop the league if the government wont do it We may be feared in Africa but not elsewhere Can we beat ordinary South Africa convincingly in 90 minutes? Our local turfs dont favour the foreign based guys if you ask me I'd wait because we havent done that recently Countries like Australia too are playing ball and i wont be surprised if they do to Nigeria what they did to Turkiye Chelle is a good coach though but theres work to be done, Portugal exposed it Its a team sport, we shouldnt rely on only Osimhen The only competitive game that wowed us this year is the Algeria game, most of the calls ref favoured Nigeria in the first half too |

What I noticed about the Moroccan team against Brazil. Off the ball, everyone is behind the ball. They pressed from the front. They can string passes very well. They are strong in all departments. They are Europeans.; they play as such. They won't attempt long range shot. Only a top team can beat them. They will go a long way if they avoid a top team and are lucky. |

The World Cup shows how boring European football can be, especially the Euros. Haiti ran Scotland to the ground, Australia stunned Turkey...you rarely see that kinda upset In European championships |

minfelix:Simmy picked form late toward the start of the world cup.. although he was scoring tap ins and penalties .. but the fact that he played in Serie A made it hard not to include him.. |

yinkeys:Your last paragraph shows how bias you are o.. So the games against Tunisia (albeit we let our guards down late on), Mozambique and Uganda weren't mesmerising? Even against Morocco, we did well...i don't think Morocco would have intimidated us like that if not for home crowd advantage.. But I agree with you on the administrative aspect..the NFF have always been a problem |

Danielnino00:Don’t call Mozambique, Uganda etc where Nigeria is That isn’t our level na Tunisia do not have a good generation of players so they are really beneath us We conceded 2 silly goals in that game No be Tunisia dem beat 5 recently ? We didn’t do well against Morocco, they controlled most of the game We had only 2 shots Watch Algeria first half, the ref gave most or all of the 50/50 duels to Nigeria The ball even struck Ajayis arm in the PK box and the referee couldn’t even check when they complained, even though FIFA rule says ball hitting the thigh first isn’t a pen There’s no recent proof we can beat the big guns in Africa in regular time Can we beat Ivory Coast, Senegal, Ghana, Morocco, Egypt, DRC and South Africa in regular time ? At least we are doing better than Cameroon sha lol I think we need to get off our high horses and get to work Decent countries don’t fear Nigeria outside Africa if you ask me |
