The Germans are now the WC's Top Scoring side in its entire history. Brazil to respond in next game With their seven goals in their thrashing of Curaçao Germany reached 239 goals across the history of the men’s World Cup (including games as West Germany) and overtook Brazil’s tally of 238 to become the all-time leading scorers in the competition’s history. Amedino99:It’s pure rubbish, in the Germany game when curacao equalised 1-1 they were on the ascendancy and close to getting a second goal then suddenly the ref called for hydration break. The financial package that came with this arrangement must have been massive for Fifa to consider the proposal as not that significant to affect the tournament. Expect fifa to declare a massive amount of profit from this tournament alone. Goke7: |

They are literally dividing each game into 4 quarters like we see in the NBA and obviously for Business ads like you have stated. First half has one cooling break (Aka Ads break) before half time usally around 25-27mins. Then Halftime happens. After resumption of the 2nd 45... they do another cooling break (ads break) around 68-70mins or so. After that, it runs till 90mins + added time. These american executives have lorded it over the L.O.C to turn our beautiful game of 2 halves into a sport of 4 quarters. It is well. Goke7: |

TheSuperNerd:Poor positioning was part of the criticisms Okoye got. The same will be said of Manuel Neuer regarding the goal he conceded, if he got his positioning right, the deflection will be inconsequential. Please bear in mind that l am in no way putting all the blame on Neuer for the goal the Germans conceded because of the dynamics that clearly played out. |

| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 10:53pm On Jun 14 |
Wrong. Positioning is irrelevant if the deflection is as heavy as seen from Curacao off Kimmich today. You are not blaming Neuer yet pushing the positioning narratìve in the presence of a deflection. For Okoye, there were no deflections. Meliforme: |
