As it is now only 3 parties - the APC, PDP and LP have met the constitutional requirement of 25% of votes cast in a presidential primary. But this requirement was not in the electoral act before otherwise the APC and LP would never have been registered as political parties.
So the question is, when was this provision snuck in? And what have the legal advisers of the now deregistered parties been doing? This is malpractice!
Comprehension is not easy at all. Read the write-up again and again maybe you'll understand cheesy

Is it by force to drop permutations for the next general election?
givedemwotowoto:
Over 60% of Tinubu’s votes came from the North in 2023 with Buhari’s help.

After Buhari passed, Atiku became king of the NE and NW. With Atiku and Kwankwaso on the ballot, voters are highly unlikely to vote for Tinubu.

You know very well that if the voters in the North are strongly against a candidate, the politicians don’t force them otherwise because the region can be volatile. You can’t win election without grassroots support

This legal tussle is a desperate attempt to stop Atiku.

Good news. Peter Obi saw the future. I pray the court order is not reversed. Old man Atiku will cry his eyes out. INEC should carry out the order immediately
Atiku will collapse his structure to support Obi if this happens

This judgement may trigger fresh political alliances, and Osun's future if the sitting governor is reelected may be in disarray.

The Federal High Court had earlier rejected Governor Adeleke's bid to be joined in this very suit (Premium Times) , meaning he had no standing to defend Accord from the inside. Now the verdict has landed and Osun's gubernatorial race is in chaos. Will Adeleke appeal, defect to another party, or will the election be thrown into legal limbo? Osun people deserve answers fast.

Former Osun Governor Rauf Aregbesola was recently named Interim National Secretary of the ADC (Substack) as part of its rebranding ahead of 2027. Now both ADC and Accord the two parties most tied to Osun's political future have been ordered deregistered in one fell swoop. Aregbesola must be having the worst afternoon of 2026.

NDC is a newly registered party, 2023 election performance can't be used to deregister NDC.

How come you didn't know....

..you didn't know that Atiku will Command all his supporters, structures and followers to Decamp to the OK camp?

You didn't know?

Everyone in ADC (with whom Obi had already shared Brotherhood) will collapse all their structures and supportbases to Obi!!

Obi and Atiku will go into a kind of Power-sharing agreement and work together.

Why didn't you know this.

Please Tell me; I'm doing an experiment/research on the Topic; "Influence of the Brain hemispheres on the NeuroMotor impulses in Human thoughts;Nigerian voters as a case study"

Why didn't you see that Obi's chances has just been boosted?
Abeg na wetin OBIDIENTS dey smoke sef. grin

Is Obi above the constitution? What kind of power shearing formula can a president make with a private citizen that will be recognised by the constitution?

I always avoid discussing logic with OBIDIENTS and anytime I make an exception, they always fall hand

😂😂😂 What make you think Obi is going to win the general election against Tinubu if ATIKU is not on the ballot?

The north will not vote Obi, let me give you reasons.
1. The north doest not trust the Igbos, after what happened to Ahmadu Bello

2 . The north would rather let Tinubu finish his
second term and leave, than vote for another southerner who could seek for second term after his first four years. ( North will never trust Obi to go for just one term)

3. Obi is very unpopular in the core north.

4. The " yes daddy" audio release is very much in the heads of the northerners who believes Obi hate Islam.

These are some of the things that will work against Obi, he can't win against Tinubu. I'm not Tinubu supporter, but the truth is very clear.
Tinubu does not see Obi as any threat to his second term, that is why you hardly hear him talk about him. The only person that has the power to wage war against his second term ambition is ATIKU, that is why he's taking care of him from all angles.

Why do you think El rufai is in detention? It's because he knows with him and ATIKU together, his chances of winning large votes in the north is very slim. Obi can not defeat Tinubu in this coming election, take it or leave it. By January 2027, everybody eyes go clear.

The highest the obedients would do us cry rigging and they would be told to go to court to prove the election was rigged. We all know what would be the outcome if that happens.
Stale. Say something new. Una propaganda WhatsApp group no dey upgrade?

Remember when Adeleke's camp dismissed calls for Accord's deregistration as an "APC plot"? The governor's spokesperson described earlier demands for deregistration as part of the APC's grand plan to suppress the opposition. (Punch) Well, it wasn't the APC that got it done — it was a Federal High Court. What's the response now?
Re: Court Orders INEC To Deregister ADC, Accord Three Other Political Parties by PatrickFatoyib: 4:47pm On Jun 15
The judgment will have far-reaching implications for the upcoming off-cycle governorship election in Osun State (Premium Times) , scheduled for August 2026. If enforced immediately, Adeleke may face automatic disqualification. This is no longer a distant political matter — it is an Osun emergency!

This judgment hits Osun State directly! Governor Ademola Adeleke had already won the Accord Party governorship ticket for the 2026 Osun governorship election (LEADERSHIP Newspapers) , and now the platform he's running on has been ordered deregistered. The ground just shifted completely under his feet.
