The African teams at the world cup will be world cup tested when the next AFCON starts, even qualifiers will be brutal, teams like Cape Verde will become more confident in their ability to upset any of the top African sides...while the likes of Morocco, Ivory Coast, Senegal etc will keep getting better. |

I believe most Nigerians will be more comfortable with that Cape Verdean goalkeeper than someone like Okoye, yet he plays in the Portuguese second division while Okoye plays in Serie A. Another reason why the " where he plays matters " argument is so weak. |
