Actually, the right thing to do is child care services to withdraw the kids from the parents/guardians. But it's unfortunate we don't have that kind of system in this part of the world.

There is nothing wrong here the kid is only driving in a remote off road area i started driving from aged 13 but only in my father's large compound area.

I must also say that that boy is not 8 years old, he should be at least 12'or 13..

Driving is not that difficult. Just follow the simple rules of MSM (Mirror Signal Manourver) then you good to drive.
