If they played 9 out of 10 times , Spain will win. That one time Spain wouldn't win is what we call luck. Will u dare stick your neck out tomorrow for Cape Verde to get a draw again, now that the Spanish side recognizes their opponent better? I bet you'd almost not.
realpoacher:
I repeat, it's not luck.

Luck has always been a part of any football match, it doesn't matter whether you win 7-0 or you drew. Its a constant k... So it doesn't count.

Also in football, you can always create your own luck, it's what we know too. And when you do, its no longer called luck..... It will be called Strategy.

Cape Verde created their own luck for this draw...

Give them their flowers and stop calling it "Luck"

It breaks my heart.

Even at parties and other social events, refreshments/food for kids is almost always an afterthought, especially when the supply of drinks is tailored towards the taste of men, then women.

On any other day, it's a penalty.

Mane's legs though prior to Mbappe coming in contact with it, still obstructs his movement. I call it penalty
The referee no wan repeat of AFCON final, he borrow himself brain.

One of Chelle's scouts said to me that his major scouting focus now is #9, Midfielders (AMs and technically strong CMs... Ozoh is already in the picture too) and LB.

LB was the first to sort out sef. I immediately sent in Isaac James and Nelson Abbey first as strong options to look at. Abbey is dual-nat but needs no switch. I was told their data have been forwarded to Chelle. There is also Emmanuel Godwin as a third name. Other LB prospects still there but these are the strongest candidates out there for now.

Next up na CAMs/CMs... Francis Onyeka's name came up and he will lead Germany at the U19 euros starting this month. I told them, while we work out approaching Onyeka and sorting his switch, let us look at more options out there. I dropped a few more.

For #9... Jay Enem was one of 3-4 names I dropped.

Chelle is aware of these. He is seriously at work.
Pls abeg, help me forward Rabiu Ali's name, his experience stands out.

Thank you,in the in the 80s,my area brother Dele Abubakar was the third keeper to China 85 with true age,he made that team immediately after secondary school,Bella Momoh made that team as a young boy,Fatai Atere,Nduka Ugbade,Victor Igbinnoba,Lucky Agbonsibave all young, fact after China 85 they all came to represent different states during Kwara 85 youth sports festival.

It was Kwara 85 Dimeji Lawal was discovered,Mutiu Adepoju too who made Saudi 89,another brother Jimoh 'Tyson'Balogun,Segun Fetugal,Victor Ikpeba,Jide Oguntuase all discovered through YSFON....Samson Siasia failed to make Mexican 83 cuz of WAEC examination, his parents insisted school first,he later made Moscow 85...Andrew Uwe was in 100 level in old University of Ibadan when he captain under 20 team to Moscow, what of Nosa Osadolor,Willy Opara all university students.

In early 90s i have friends that made NPFL straight after secondary school, players like Niyi Ogunlana,Femi Akinyanju,Akeem Lawal,Tolagbe Alanamu who was barely 16 and nearly make it to Japan 93,most of these guys combine university education with football, they are in their teens cuz we roll together...now going forward i can say much about Seyi Olofinjana,Dayo Ajoge,Emma Olisadebe ex Polish international cuz they are all friends.

I think some of us exagerate to defend our points on our players age, imagine telling me Taiwo Awoniyi is close to 40,even his senior bro Ayo is just 32.
Wow impressive about Ayo Awoniyi, so that means Kenny is just 30.

Goal cancelled due to offside.

Messi's goal a min before Algeria's was also clearly offside.

This game is gonna be exciting.

Messi and Mbappe are neck and neck on 14 WC goals now.

Ronaldo R9 - 15

Miroslav Klose - 16

The WC Scoring record of 16 is falling yakata in 2026.

What do you think of Luca Zidane's attempt to stop it? He got 2 hands to it but not strong enough. Should be doing better to stop that in my opinion but then Advantage Messi and Argentina.

We no do gra gra for 2014 oooo. France found no way and were in for a possible loss coz they were losing the midfield battle until they took out Onazi.

Typical African story: Algeria will do all the playing while Argentina will just suck up the pressure and finish them soon.
