They would def be investing in sports. They do have their domestic leagues too and that they are playing in the WC shows some form of sports development. Investment in nukes and missiles is for self defense and preservation just like any reasonable country should. It is so sad there is too much political interference with this WC tournament. FIFA president is just after the huge ticket sales on America matches. that is the most expensive ticket in country tournament ever. I taught same thing too that nothing like that but it was displayed in Qatar in 2022 who the world taught the country will be hostile to people but turnout to be a highly successful tournament. so far, this world cup as not match that of Qatar in 2022.
