They Don't Live In Lekki And Should Stop Claiming Lekki ! by ariesbull(op): 3:12am On Jun 18
Living in areas like Agungi, Jakande, Awoyaya, Ologolo, Langbasa, or Ajah does not mean you live in Lekki. These are distinct communities located off the Lekki-Ajah Expressway.

Only residents of Lekki Phase 1 and Phase 2 can accurately say they live in Lekki. Many people (including some bloggers and content creators) casually lump all these areas together as “Lekki,” but that is geographically inaccurate.

It’s the same logic as Palm Grove, Onipanu, or Obamkoro, all of which are off the Ikorodu Expressway. People who live there don’t go around claiming they live in Ikorodu, because they understand the distinction.

Let’s get the locations right.

The truth is all those areas are regarded as Lekki corridor or Lekki Peninsula, but the difference is Lekki Phase one is different from other Lekki.
