Do we know what judges are due that hasn't been given to them...no. Because there are no mechanisms for redress. They go cap in hand just like any parastatal to get their dues and it is at that meeting point anything can happen.

There's something called 'first line charge' in government. The constitution has already taken care of that when it comes to the judiciary. It was put there for this same reason; so politicians will have nothing to do with the welfare of the judiciary. So your point that the judiciary does not generate funds is nonsense. Please google 'first line charge' and be educated.

In states, governors have been buying cars and allocating houses for judges and there has been no uproar, I don't know why this should attract any furore. Same Wike did these as Governor in Rivers state and no one criticised him.
