Scammers in that NIMC. They deliberately filled in errors for DOB during their very 1st registration process across the country. Deliberately. Its why they put their eggs in this DOB basket. One would think it was individual error but it was the staff filling in the boxes that did that.

WAEC are fond of making errors on date of birth that one get to know years later after gaining admission with another different date of birth.

You will even need to do Birth declaration on NPC site, that will cost you about 2k or 3k. Then u will do affidavit too

can it (DoB) be changed more than once? Like changing the original DoB few years ago due to certificate data error and now wanting to revert to the original DoB?
