Go and get a big coconut that has much water after that go and pluck this tobacco leave just 2 pound the leaves till its very soft. Then open a hole untop the coconut three eyes then pour the leaves you pounded inside it and use white coton wool to close the hole then let it remain like dat for 3days on the fourth day remove the cotton wool and pour every liquid inside a container that has cover then take a spoon of it at night before sleeping or in the morning when u wake up.
