Nobody is saying leaders should not be judged by their past actions. The question is whether that particular action was wrong and what the outcome was.

Giving vehicles to traditional rulers may be a policy you disagree with, but was it done while the state was drowning in debt? Was it done while salaries and pensions were unpaid? Was it done while the government was borrowing recklessly? Was it done while the masses was impoverished?

Two leaders can do similar things and still be judged differently based on their overall record, priorities and results. That's why people look at the full picture, not just one isolated event from 13 years ago.

If you want to compare Obi and Tinubu, compare their records comprehensively, not by cherry-picking a single headline.

..obi changed d political dynamics in anambra state..Imagine someone sharing vehicles to schools,hospitals, traditional rulers and vigilantes during his last tenure he didn't even stop at that obi also shared computers to all d schools in anambra state..omo dat guy is extraordinary nigeria doesn't know wat dey are missing

Just imagine Peter disObidient giving 177 cars to his Traditional Rulers and severals to high court judges as super bribery systems as a former state governor in his Anambra State with the generalities of the people in the State suffering and crying without drinking and eating and no known developmental programs was known to have built in Anambra State by him,the multibillion Naira he has stollen during his Governorship administration is now being used to campaign for his 2027 presidential election.
