Allison should just blast the ball. This Brazilian team cannot string complete passes in their own half. |

I'm TheSuperNerd:Reminds me of Nigeria vs Spain. Why. Reason is it's one of the few times an African team defeated a top European team by playing attacking football and not just trying to defend. Yes, that generation did score mr I score you with a top European team. They did not just defend and wait for the counter |

Good God! How is Turkey this bad? How do you give up a goal like that? |

charlesemeka85:I don't know if you don't know this but there's a difference between reporting a player and hyping said player. What I've seen TheSuperNerd do is report a player during matchdays, other times outline their attributes and also how they can be maximised in the Super Eagles to get the best results. I don't think any of that is hype. If you have a different opinion with the attributes he says about the player or how they can be maximised, you can make him see reasons with your point by marshalling out your own points. But wetin I sabi? Make I go back to my scrolling mode. |

That Hydration break just ruined Turkey's momentum. They were definitely gonna cook up some kind of attack via the wings. Very disappointing. |

How on earth did Turkiye qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup? Such a dismal performance! FIFA should reduce the spots of UEFA by ensuring that they go through the playoffs rather than AFRICA. CAF slots should all be automatic. |

33 shots, 78% possession, red card advantage and no goal. Utterly horrendous. The Turks had no business being in this tournament. |

Mind is even Femi Azeez. If he has signed for a club and i missed the news then thats on me but im pretty sure the reason he was excused during the june friendlies was that his club didn't want to risk him getting injured in our friendlies to sort his future although that logic falls on its head when the guy played against Zimbabwe and Jamaica, the potentially more rough opponents, back to back without getting injured. There was news of multiple interest in the guy and the links suddenly went all cold. yinkeys: |

Honestly can't wait for this World Cup to end so that we can rest from the one-note, braindead "you didn't qualify" banter from Banku merchants and Banana banana hawkers. |

The Super 3agles really needs another creative midfielder. Iwobi alone isn't enough Are we saying that we can't get another creative midfielder in Nigeria and diaspora. It's getting embarrassing at this point If iwobi doesn't play, there's absolutely no creativity in that squad. Tats not good enough honestly |

Bologna signs a new midfielder: Akinsanmiro gains praise. By Tommaso Maschio Pisa could already see midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro leave without a moment's notice . The Tuscan club recently paid Inter the €7.5 million required for the 2004-born player and is now waiting to hear whether the Milanese club will buy the player for €8.5 million (thus granting the Tuscans a €1 million development bonus). Inter's plan is to activate this option and then look for a new home for the midfielder. Regardless, the Nigerian is expected to return to Serie A next season, as Akinsanmiro is highly regarded by Bologna, who are seeking midfield reinforcements and could approach one of the two Nerazzurri clubs to seek a deal to bring him under the two towers. As reported by Bolognasportnews, negotiations are currently underway, but as soon as they know which club to negotiate his transfer with, the Bologna management could move to bring him to Coach Tedesco's court. 🚨 Manchester United have identified Victor Osimhen and Aurélien Tchouaméni as two 𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗦 as they continue shaping their summer transfer plans. Osimhen is viewed as the ideal striker addition, while Tchouaméni is highly admired internally and seen as a perfect fit for United's midfield. However, both deals would be difficult to complete, with Galatasaray demanding €150M for Osimhen and Real Madrid reluctant to part ways with Tchouaméni. (Source: TEAMtalk) |

FC Midtjylland beat Lillestorm SK 1-0 in a Club Friendly today. GK, Ovie Ejeheri who trained with Nigeria at the 2026 Unity Cup in London kept goal for FCM from the start. Stanley Iheanacho played off the bench and scored the winner⚽️ Danish-Nigerian, Julius Emefile came off the bench for FCM too and featured. Arierhi Kparobo came off the bench for Lillestrom as well.
