Sponsorship letter from whom, please?

There is no specific format for a sponsorship letter. Just make sure it includes details about

Who is sponsoring you
Why they are sponsoring you
How they are able to sponsor you
Their source of income (business, employment, etc.)
References to supporting documents they have provided, such as an employment letter, tax documents, bank statements, or business records

if you want someone can share this specific letter but it has no specific format
Hi, thanks for the info now I know what to include.

I was looking for one from father to son sponsorship

Yes, Wondychiqe STEM is good for your husband, but the last time the government specifically selected STEM in Express Entry was in 2024. Since then, STEM draws have only been held a few times since Express Entry began in 2015... I think like 3 times so that's a bad gamble

She actually has a stronger option in healthcare. If she goes into a program such as

Medical Laboratory Technologist
Medical Laboratory Technician
Clinical Laboratory Science / Medical Laboratory Science

and then secures a job in that field after graduation, it may provide a more consistent pathway.
Excuse me sir. Stop quoting my post in doing a personal guidance. This is why and how you initiated all those attacking you. You have given your advice and i gave mine so allow the asker to juggle from different opinions.

When you study history in B.A and Msc and you want to go for phd in Biology because its PR selective do you think you can get the visa ? This is one of the reasons your visa is being denied. Every student visa applicant's focus should be how to secure the visa in the first place and i gave my opinion based on her and the husband profiles.

With due respect no one should use my post or comment to repost. We re not doing competition. Give your opinion and move on and let the op do the remaining research.

I thought its an indoor forum. If you want to quote anyone quote in a reasonable way. dont quote me to advertise your office thereby rendering my original opinion useless while the asker is being deceived.

Those who studied English as a Second Language in Canada eventually become legal residents. There re hundred of ways one can become a PR after study.

Without a proper POF that aligns well with your LOE. Your visa application will definitely not be approved .

Whoever that wants to sponsor your study in Canada must provide;
1. a letter clearly explaining why he or she is sponsoring you and what relationship he or she has with you.
2. his or her bank acct statement (at least four months)

They don't do POF. They only show POF. If you have paid someone to do POF for you, go and collect your money.

Yes there is solution. Find your friend, organisation or relative who can stand as your sponsor so that he or she or the entity can attest to a court affidavit as your legitimate and honest sponsor .

After that you have to deposit your tuition deficit (in Canadian $ ) into a Nigerian or foreign bank in the name of your sponsor. Print out the bank statement and submit it along with your sponsor's SOP with the study visa application.

In all . Make sure that the bank statement and deposit logs is genuine and come directly from a verifiable financial institution because the embassy will take time to verify. Once verified you will be cleared from POF point.

Is there any advantage starting school in Sept (Fall) has over Jan (Winter) besides entering into tough Jan winter season in Canada? Considering moving my school application forward from Sept 2027 to Jan 2027 in Manitoba. I know most international students seem to prefer to start classes in Fall.

The mods should give me a timeout? lol
Mods banning me or not is meaningless to me. My study permit was approved. You cannot make a comment on a public forum and expect no one to react.

You really do need to get a life. This modus operandi of yours is to login on an established thread with your agent account anytime you encounter push back you start quoting total strangers and accusing them of scams like you just did on the express entry thread.

I know your life isn't perhaps on the up and up but this tomfoolery should end. Accusing people of serious crimes without evidence as a cover for your own criminality is mind boggling. You should get yourself checked out.

Hey guys, I need your help
I’ll jump straight into it, my aunt’s husband who’s a operations manager for air Côte d’Ivoire, gifted me about 20M, here is the problem the money wasn’t splitted into batch, he paid 9M, 9M and then 2M in the same day…. What’s the best way to prove to IRCC that the money is for my studies, I going to the bank on Monday to pay a deposit of $5k CAD for my school fees deposit, instead is 2k as required by the school, do I do a gift notarization, visa application isn’t due until August.

There is no academic advantages for foreign students in starting school in fall over winter in Canada. There may be weather, flight ticket or shopping or other seasonal activities advantages but such advantages are going to be irrelevant or unnoticed to you. In terms of weather, some provinces or territory may be colder or warmer than the other in either season ... fall/winter but you will still experience Canada cold. Canada is generally one of the coldest countries of the world ( i think after Russia).

Some of you just continue to put the horse before the chart.

You should have sort for advice before your in-law start loading your account so that we could advise you on the best was to go.

Everything you just described are “red flags” and grounds for denials.

I did make mention of how he was going to help me put in the money, probably skipped his mind, money was paid in last week…. The money is actually for my school.

But I got a suggestion to get a lawyer to help me sign gift deed notarization.
If you’ve other ideas you can share…. That’s the reason why I am here.

IRCC expects you upon arrival in Canada to have enough liquid money in hand (in the bank) in order to start your new live and sort out tuition deficits . Hence as a Nigerian you must prove beyond a doubt that you can convert the gift ” to real money since gift deed or notarization is already abused.

You must also prove to ircc that the gift has no condition attached or obligation to return it otherwise you will score zero in POF.

Your best way is to get the funds transferred to your bank account or sponsor's account and then attach the gift notarization . Also let the donor write an official SOP (with court affidavit) indicating who is he to you as well as his motive for the gift and how the money was remitted. Do not pay more than the $2k CAD deposit.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by lanresz(m): 10:16pm On Jun 20
You mentioned the main advantage. The other reason is that some courses run in the Winter term requires prerequisite from courses run in the Fall term. In this case the school will specify if you can only start the program in the Fall term. If there is not specified you are good to start in the Winter term.

This is really helpful, the money is already in my bank account… so I intend to attach, notarization, SOP, his bank statement, relationship tiles, Like pictures from birthdays and family gatherings and also his employment letter, I’ll add the SOP as well.

Why do you suggest I don’t pay more than $2k for the fees deposit ?

If anybody have further suggestions, pls do share. Thanks
