2.) Do you even understand how silly you sound saying someone tried to slice commercial grade epoxy?
Epoxy is bonded to the material is is applied to. You would have to slice it and then somehow separate it from the underlying concrete.

It will show you how durable it is when applied properly.
It wasn't applied properly here and that's why it's peeling.
It's silly to say that someone cut this off with a knife after it was properly bonded.

A lot of upper class children end up at Ivy league universities, you might want to question that first. Many deserving students miss admissions wealthy family connections.
