Nigeria may not be able to best this cape Verde team
It is a good thing that you used may not be able.

They were underrated to begin with and may not have been properly analysed, perhaps due to the limited coverage of their football.
Their opening two matches are revealing a distinct tactical approach and cracks in player technique.
We have seen them against big teams, but not against a known weaker side.

A good coach with a team like the Super Eagles can beat them.

I respect them a lot but their own too much too sometimes. One of them is part of the reasons why we aren't at the world cup.
And one of them is the reason why we won our third AFCON and qualified for our fifth world cup.

Keshi,Amuneke and Siasia's coaching achievements Trump's Finidi's failures by wide margins.

Those who continues to hate on them have no case against them.
They have the right just like everyone to else voice out about Nigeria's football.

Agreed with you sir, 100%. They definitely have the rights like everyone else to voice out and also on the flip side, everyone else also has rights to criticize them (hate is a no no).

Based on facilities, administration, youth setup, talent or what?
You have about 17 AFCON medals, and what you should be worried about is whether you will be able to defeat Cabe Verde or not?

If you go further and include the youth and the women football,it would be over 60 podium finish Nigeria have recorded.
And you still think Nigeria is not a major football nation to compete among the best but to be worried about countries that has never won any major title in their history.

A tough call…one thing with african teams especially powerhouse African teams, we don know how to win games we only know how to fight to a draw…Just watch how senegal will lead Norway and still end up drawing or if Norway leads Senegal will be struggling to draw the match
If Norway beats Senegal that means they can easily win AFCON lol
Probably Norways golden generation

[quote author=charlesemeka85 post=139798269] I pray for this Akor Adam guy to succeed even more. I don't know him before and I have never met him, I just have this natural likeness for him. Maybe because his coming into the SE saved us from unserious player, Boniface and unreliable player Chukwueze.

He is built for the EPL and I'm sure he won't spend more than 2 seasons in a club like Sunderland before a bigger than Sunderland EPL team buy him

After losing to Croatia on penalties in the 2022 WC, the Japanese coach, Hajime Moriyasu, bowed to the fans, apologizing for his failure.

Another reason why Japan is my team for the tournament. 😃
