2. Full Termination of UN and EU Nuclear Sanctions
October 18, 2025, was designated as "Termination Day" under UN Security Council Resolution 2231. Had Iran complied:
UN Security Council Exit: The United Nations would have officially closed Iran’s nuclear file and removed it from the Security Council agenda.
