We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Internal Auditor

Location: Lagos

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field
Professional certifications: ACCA, CISA; CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (advantageous)
4 years’ experience in IT audit, process audit, risk management, or technology assurance.
Extensive experience and knowledge on General Controls Review, Application Controls Review, CAATS and Project Auditing is a pre-requisite.
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity principles.
Proficiency in audit analytics tools, power BI, and Microsoft Office suite.

2.) Corporate Coverage Analyst

Location: Lagos

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
3–6 years’ experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or financial services.
Exposure to client coverage, product support, or sales enablement roles.
Technical Skills:

Strong financial analysis and research capability.
Good understanding of corporate and investment banking products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

General Competencies:

Client-centric mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.
Stakeholder management and collaboration.
Attention to detail and strong execution capability.

3.) Debt Financing Solutions Senior Transactor

Location: Lagos

Deadline: 2nd July, 2026.

Experience & Qualifications

At least 5 years of deal-making experience (corporate & structured finance)
Prior relevant deal experience. Deal experience in Nigeria will be advantageous
Relevant bachelor’s degree in relevant subject; ACCA, CFA or MBA advantageous

Broad knowledge of Tax, Law and Accounting (an understanding of the taxation of companies, financial institutions and shareholders will be advantageous).
Deep understanding of credit analysis and debt structuring.
A working knowledge of the law of contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a saffa company! A very big bank Yes! However, think twice before you apply to join them so you don't endanger your life and career and mental well being! Xenophobia exists in the work-place in South-Africa: even President Cyril Ramaphosa speaks tongue in cheek on the matter trying hard to change the narrative from what it is -xenophobia- to "an immigration issue"!. A Nigerian Lawyer who is licensed to practice Law in South-Africa recently tasted xenophobia in court in South-Africa when announcing his appearance in court and at the mention of his name the presiding officer of court openly profiled him by remarking "that name does not sound South-African"! Need I say more!! That country as we speak is a dangerous environment for non South-Africans!

It's such a pity that rather than ignore or boycott anything South African. Nigerians would rather put head to try their luck.
