Every state in the north should have one group. Sokoto is lakurawa.
It is looking like their state police. In zamfara, they safe guide the mining sites. In Katsina, they collect tax from farmers. They can collect unbehalve of the state.
Their governors romance the terrorists. Didn't you hear that a state governor paid 10m each to send group heads to hajj? They know their families.

the common man is suppose to buy gun and defend his home but the government that raise alarm will come and arrest the common man for possession of fire arm

There are good Muslims but the percentage are small 60% are terrorist or terrorist sympathisers.

When majority over shadows the good ones, then the religion is not working. You can't arrest the 80% of the northerners shieks are violent and they believe in such doctrines. They are the ones who breeds and brainwash this kids with dangerous doctrine are the kids grow with dangerous idealogy, you arrest them violent erupt even any any opposition will use it has politics. You can't eradicate Islam so terrorism will always be there. Only way out is if nigeria split or we have a dictator who is not a deep Muslim or an atheist who give no Bleep. America or isreal can't end terrorism if they could they would have done it since. They have this idea you kill1 a thousand will rise. If they can use thier own hand to kill thier blood sister for disgracing the family what will take them to kill a thousand who is mot your blood?

State police will confine all terrorism to their regions. So if they want to have 100 terror group, they should stay in their state of origin. Support state police for the security of the south and middle belt states.
