It's not surprising that it's the player that is giving glory to God (instead of himself) for his footballing exploits, that is yet shining brightest at the 2026 world cup, despite being almost 39 years old, and having already won the world cup and therefore still comfortably leading the football G.O.A.T. debate.

Because God had been observed severally to give His own the edge over the rest in their respective fields, just as it is in the field of science.
