| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by skydiver01: 9:12pm On Jun 30 |
Wow... a more than doubling of the offering size over the next quarter (an additional N3.2trn on top of the 2.6trn maturing) with an auction held almost every week... Interesting.. I would expect yields to rise to clear these sizes out... ![]() goodandkind: |

NSEstudent:That Renmoney doesn't look serious to me. Opened an account with them it took them forever to upgrade to tier3 even after chatting them online. Up till now nothing, I will delete their app right away now |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by NSEstudent: 5:26pm On Jul 02 |
Odunharry:I figured they are particular about utility bill with house number, for some reason. The one I have doesn't have house number as houses here don't have numbers. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by NSEstudent: 5:27pm On Jul 02 |
NeyofeedNigEnt:They are probably more interested in issuing loans. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Odunharry(m): 5:28pm On Jul 02 |
NSEstudent:Kindly retry this time, write the address same way it's on the utility bill. My Number is on my sig.. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by NSEstudent: 7:42am On Jul 03 |
Odunharry:Did that many times. Chatted them via the app and also called CC. They are rigid about the house number issue. I already opened account with another similar fintech. |

Yield up again

| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by skydiver01: 7:39am On Jul 09 |
Not surprised with a hefty 5.8trn 3rd quarter offer programme. I expect yields will continue to inch up through the programme. It also probably explains why Naira reversed its recent appreciation against the greenback ![]() Odunharry: |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Odunharry(m): 2:28pm On Jul 09 |
skydiver01:I'm suspecting we might see gradual increase in yields especially for the 364day tenure |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by UncleJudax(m): 7:14pm On Jul 09 |
A Stanbic IBTC T-Bills offer shows a management fee of about 1% but no withholding tax (WHT) stated. The value shown/estimated at maturity is also without additional deductions. Is WHT and/or additional deductions expected at some point? |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by SolomonGrundy: 4:53am On Jul 10 |
UncleJudax:Yes, withholding tax will be deducted at maturity of the investment. |
| Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by UncleJudax(m): 9:30am On Jul 10 |
