The Court declined to hear the appeal . Every year the court declines to hear appeals ,I don't know the reasons it gave ,maybe you can tell me.

As regards counting votes by election day,the court found there is no federal law that specifies when ballots should be received. Thus if a state can decide to count post marked ballots after 40 days, no federal law blocks that. Thus Court said Congress can fix that loophole .

Such cases happen every other day. Most would be unreported. There are lots of despicable whites.

In the above case of the pregnant black woman ,I believe there's more to the story. She must have insulted he police,taking advantage of her pregnancy and skin color. I don't believe she is the first woman to be arrested when pregnant.

The Traffic Stop and Arrest
The Stop: On November 1, 2025, Officer Carrico pulled over the 21-year-old driver for allegedly driving nearly 70 mph and failing to properly wear a seatbelt.

The Escalation:
The woman explained that she placed the shoulder strap behind her back because her nine-month pregnant belly was too large to wear it comfortably. When the woman rolled her eyes during questioning, Carrico accused her of having an "attitude problem".

Dehumanizing Language:
During a pat-down, the woman said "eww," to which Carrico replied, "Eww, you're right, you're gross" and called her "nasty." Carrico arrested the woman for misdemeanor reckless driving and told her family that whether she went to jail depended entirely on her "attitude"—violating department policies to cite and release misdemeanor offenders.The Transport: Carrico refused to buckle the handcuffed woman’s seatbelt in the patrol car, mockingly stating, "You're used to not wearing a seatbelt, right?"

The police officer shouldn't have punched her and she is correctly indicted .
Shouldn't the pregnant woman have just cooperated. It seems what she told the police officer caused her to be detained in the first case.

Any time I'm stopped by the police, my immediate plan is to make them go away. Police officers can cost you time and money. They can arrest you for refusing to be arrested I usually smile , call them every respectable name I can , Call them inspector or superintendent even if they are just Police Constables and they will let you go. One explaihed about their ranks and badges all the way to Inspector General.
It doesn't cost anything at all to be nice to everyone.
