As a very beautiful girl that suits societal standards ( well confirmed by a good number of people); that ratchet men or both street and urban urchins tend to have a degree of boldness when they see a lady they walk up straight to her which I find disgusting and silly. On the hand their counterparts tend to kind of acknowledge they notice you, yet seems like they're keeping tabs on you, probably watching or something I don't know, but I do know they don't walk up to a girl on first sight. It's feels in between I admire the courage yet hates the low life approach of the former, and kinda confused on what is running in the minds of the latter category. Seems they're slow or think ur engaged. So what does it mean when men act that way?
