First of, I didn't argue with him. There goes your "lame and unintelligent" argument.
Secondly, there was already a court pronouncement/verdict however you want to call it which favoured NDC before this new faceless group brought up the same case again just after Obi went to NDC. There was a 2025 court decision that compelled INEC to register NDC. Why did they suddenly set that decision aside just as Obi entered the party?
The same pattern. What is APC afraid of? If they feel they can win through a free and fair election, they should allow the opposition. Not by using faceless groups here and there to sue opposition.

I responded to your earlier comment calling it lame because instead of engaging the guy and telling us your own point to counter his, you resorted to name-calling_just zero content. I just hate it when people can’t engage in sensible arguments and conversations.
Away from that, your submission is again, lame and unintelligent. Was APC or Tinubu the one who dragged the party to the Court on both occasions? Even on the INEC portal, it’s clearly indicated that the party was registered based on a court order and that same person who gave the order decided to review it but instead of facing the judge, the claimant and the two ofui politicians who failed to do their due diligence before joining such a legally troubled party, it’s Tinubu you are accusing.
Now, let’s even assume you are right and that it’s Tinubu that is sponsoring the appellants to go revive the case, doesn’t that mean that Obi played right into his hands by jumping into the party? It’s only a fool that easily and carelessly plays into his adversaries’ plots. A sensible person would have planned ahead and done his due diligence in order to not leave a loophole for his opponents to exploit.
