It's baffling that some people treat stories like this as a source of bragging right. Why does NL keep pushing these headlines to the forefront when they only further damage Nigeria's already fragile international reputation?

Ironically, Nigeria isn't even among the countries associated with the highest levels of global financial crime, yet some people celebrate petty fraud as though it's an achievement. That mindset is far more troubling than the headlines themselves.
