Someone explain to me like im 5. Veiga non deliberate touch changed the trajectory of the ball. Anyways, the guy was off before the two nodded pass they say. Dias and Bernado almost combining to be the weapon fashioned against portugal while Gvardiol scored. Almost a Man city dilemma
Deflection off a player not in active play does not nullify offside. Many people don’t know that cause it rarely happens.

I didn’t really know it too.

**Is not considered to have an advantage**

My list of Tournament favorites, Darkhorses and Outside force selections have now seen 8 out of 12 advance and three booted OUT.
2 out of the 3 booted out lost to 2 of the 8 that advanced. Inevitable.

4 out of the 8 advanced teams, face each other in the round of 16 (Brazil v Norway & Portugal v Spain).

The last on this list in the round of 32 is Argentina. Messi and co are up next.

Up next from this selection: Argentina (Top 5 Fav) vs Cape Verde.

Top 5 Favs in no order:
- Spain ✅️
- France ✅️
- Portugal ✅️
- Argentina ⏳️
- England ✅️

Solid Dark horses:
- Brazil ✅️
- Germany❌️
- Netherlands❌️
- Belgium ✅️
- Croatia (coz of their last 2 WCs)❌️
- Norway ✅️

Outside Force:
- Morocco ✅️

Switzerland to beat Algeria and Egypt to beat Australia. The next game I am looking forward to is Argentina's vs Cape Verde. Expect Messi to win the golden boot after the game

I told you all... Algeria is too weak. Their defense is poor. There's only one African team that can truly represent Africa, and that's Morocco. All the others are simply too weak to put up a real fight in the knockout stage.

It is rather Truidstarr's prediction that strikes again. 6 played... 5 OUT (not even waiting for Algeria's game to finish).

Pathetic 🤨

West Bromwich Albion have rewarded promising Nigerian goalkeeper Brian Okonkwo with a new two-year contract extension, keeping him at the Championship club until the summer of 2028.

Brian is the younger brother of Super Eagles goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo

This round 32 abeg no make sense as it gives a false sense of accomplishment!

If you’re even a medium level football nation and you’re celebrating getting to round 32 you must be a joker

so true. we need more African teams to actually believe they can conquer at the world stage. I think it's more psychological than ability.
